 		I just posted a comment on thehumanpet1 YouTube. Hopefully, some more of his 240 subscribers will commit to this next task so we can get Phase Two going.

I wonder if he's really waiting for a specific number or just stalling till he gets all of his chickens in a row, so to speak.

I would change your post and remove the thing about the unforums.... I wouldn't want to break tradition. Plus michael has been told about the unforum before by people that didn't understand the significance of the forums here and acts like he never saw it...lol

 		Im a bit worried about the whole 'got more people to sign up thing'. Thats what PM's do when their just starting a game.
Unless he plans a 'live' event online or something, where he would need a few people.
I hope whatever he has planned I'm able to do it, what with the time difference and everything!

I just about sent a nasty e-mail to the CM... I had it written all I had to do is hit send.. but I didn't ...I think its messed up hes pressuring nachouru to get more responses.... It is what it is... We are the players..I'm pissed he expects a certain number of people to respond to him before he does anything.... He acts like we are nothing to him... We are his players..Why does he need to hit a number..Hell I could make 400 e-mail accounts and spam him... would that change the number of active players...no.. So why does he need a certain number???..I love this game I just wish the PM would come off his high horse and play the game.. he has alot of players and 2 tons of lurkers.. what more can he ask for???


NP dude, I pretty much feel that, well, while staying within the rules of course, that we should try all different approaches to get information. And being a loose cannon isn't always a bad thing. It can actually come in handy at times, ie-when you want results and/or answers that you aren't getting...(trust me, I know) Very Happy

Yeah and I can understand as a PM wanting a large audience for your game, but come on, do you wanna shove it down people's throats, or do you want them to play by their own accord? And he should also be smart enough to know the old adage "too many cooks spoil the broth"? The more players you herd over from wherever the more disjointed and messy the game becomes. And if he gets enough people over here like he wants and decides to waste a crapload of time doing recaps like I have seen other games do with a mid-game surge in players I will take an icepick to my eyeballs.

Hey all - this lurker's (since ~p40) been rasied - I was thinking about the King of Diamonds pics and since it has been 1/2 confirmed that there was something there I took a closer look.

Now I'm no steg expert but the characters at byte 9800 (not 9801) are not "CDN" but "CdN" I am wondering if a: this is what is causing the decryption not to fully complete or b: this is not "CDN" so is actually nothing to do with steg at all.

As I say im no expert on steg or JPEG coding so any one got any ideas.

PS - nowt wrong with the team sniper

Seriously, I agree with Wabo lets abandon this thread when Phase 2 starts but it seems we may need to help that happen.

I propose that we make a small commitment to some promotion of the THP.

You can do whatever you want, but I suggest:

Searching THP/samceercot/ tomdcesear/whatever on google. Choose one of the top listed sites. blogspot/digg/videowhatever & Create a login as yourself and start chatting everyone up. Post in similar threads/discussions/topics/or start all of the latter. If you are very involved with MySpace/blogspot/or whateverchat post a blog or video. Use what you are most farmiliar and comfortable with first. Post a link here so others here that may be involved with that site can link to it and you. Hell, on Youtube, we can all spend a week, marking the videos 5 stars, and posting comments with pertinant information to each video. Lets try to create our own synergy and see what happens.

The idea is to see who posts back and then hit them with a private message and invite them here to UNforums to see if they want to become more involved. Dont post trolling threads, be genuious. Dont invite trolls here either. Concentrate on those who say "I've seen this around or I watched a few videos and .... bla bla bla". This way you it has caught their attention and interest. All some people need is an invitation and an address to join the party. Hopefully we can find a few more insightfull and helpfull players.

Im going to start on that 43 things web page.

If nothing serious is started in this ARG, by Friday night then I will spend 3 or 4 hours posting there unless someonelse suggests some better idea or something that sounds like more fun.

Maybe this would be a good point to start using one of those IRC chat thingys. If someone can post an easy solution to use or where to get a client and some instructions to hook us all up to the same chat room.
