Tried fiddling around with the clip, based on the awesome new clue.

There is no 8:32.
I looked at 2:38, but it wasn't anything special.
As 8:23, 2:83, and 3:82 also don't exist, I tried taking a look at 3:28.

In the right-hand picture frame, a picture of the codemaster is transitioning into a picture of Eric. 3:28 captures both faces in a strange sort of between state. I don't know if it means anything, but I capped it.

Yeah Ript, we have those here too. I know exactly what you mean...we could still do with hearing back from Michael Taylor to see if Eric was living in or near that area, otherwise some poor soul has to drive round LA looking at bus shelters on a hunch. I posted a PM to him a week ago and also a message on his forum, but still no response as yet. He was much quicker to respond to my question about Eric's wallet...maybe something is happening behind the curtain? (Or maybe my idea about the bus was too ridiculous and not worth a response.)

Its odd, her friend Derek went missing 4 days before our Eric was kidnapped. She says She is in Hawaii but Derek is friend from a BBS so it could be a long distance aquantiance.

I've contacted him several times. He even emails me back sometimes. But I think I piss him off too much to be able to get info out of him. Also I read that blog before I thought it was OOG..I don't even remember how I found it..I could be wrong though..maybe I was wrong thinking it was OOG

Very odd-- the itty-bitty purposely unreadable text is pretty common among livejournal icon makers, but as (he?) is a member of the finderictaylor forum, I'm not sure it's justifiable to say the text is meaningless.

However (and this is just going off my extensive livejournal addiction experience) the Rinoa icon looks different in style to some of the others-- many of the other icons were premade by the vgcats website, others look like they are simply cropped and resized artwork, and three of the others with text (Fantasy, Dying Dream, and Kindness) appear to be very simply made, just adding text or doing a very simple animation. The Rinoa icon, however, looks very much like the kind of icon made by much more skilled icon makers (the kind who frequently use the tiny text). I suspect the icon was made by someone else and Lorne is using it without giving credit. This is kind of a livejournal no-no, but it leads me to believe that the icon is not an IG message. I could be totally wrong, but that is my hunch.

Well it seems we may be hearing up for more action. I received a response from Eric's dad with regards to the location of Eric's apartment - he lived in Hollywood (nowhere near Covina), so the bus thing may be just a coincidence.

Also, the Codemaster left me a comment on YouTube with regards to the clean-up of the face, so it looks like some action is about to happen. Here's hoping.
