hey, got lucky and caught tom on gmail a few min ago. He said his nudge is online now. he just added a vid on youtube. gotta run. still no computer to call my own. hope everyone is doing well.

don't have much time, but we do have a challenge. now we have to find 5 playing cards. I think we already have one. the king of diamonds. I will try and help as much as I can without a computer regularly.

 		Tag on flickr is a simple rot13. "When you find them all, you will find the password."

It's not new.

Also, that eight isn't random, seeing as we have to find 5 cards. Seems to me we have two out of five.

 		Pinks code from flicker is not new. That has been up. Wabo went nuts trying to find the other cards. We found a few similar looking cards but could not connect them.

EDIT: anyone notice at 0:46 and 0:52 there are extra dots under the titles? is this just a glitch with the windows movie maker title editor?

 		the reason I thought the code was new was because of the time stamp on flicker. It says the picture was uploaded sept 2, 2007. New King of Diamonds? Wabo, think this one might be stegged? Don't rip your hair out.
Also, unless Sue has been taking testosterone shots, she's not TDC. Unless she has a body double. This is even stranger than I thought. Gooooood.

Just in case the cricket thing means jiminy cricket from pinochio, I'll go home and watch it with my little girl. I do recall a poker scene. Worth a shot and my daughter will be happy at the same time.

Way back when, TDC also posted a coded message, the letter from Michael on his blog, on March 23rd.

Then TDC sent people messages on April 2nd:

Ok, so using brute force some THPer's figured out that the coded message was vigenere using the password "HIPSHCAQSGSOFMCIHVWFHSSBR." This is one of the rotted versions of the above key [TUBETOMCESEARYOUTHIRTEEND].

What if the king of diamonds/ find the cards challenge was supposed to lead us to the password we used to decode that letter?

That would explain this clue, "When you find them all you will find the password." Meaning, you will find the password for Michael's letter. Instead, we skipped all that and cracked it.

So now he must have something else for us to find through these hidden cards. I think he may be re-uploading them so they are easier to find in a search, if you look for most recent uploads.

The only thing I have found so far is this flicker page, but I don't know if it's related.

I think TDC was trying to make a point of letting us know he's not involved with Eric, Codemaster, Sue, Michael, or anyone else in this story, he just knows some information.
