For those of us with poor puzzle solving skills....can you post what kind of code it is??? Thanks.

Fortnight = 14 days.
Twins born 39 years ago.
52 years ago EAB was CEO of Propaganda (served for 65 years)
Both boys started service with Spoocheeeee at age 18.
By age 26 they went into locked rooms.
Jack was in the room for 3 years, George for 9.
EAB separated them for 19 years.
EAB fell ill & died 280 days ago, the twins posted their warning 210 days ago.

Anything on YouTube about "Two Minute Good" (just for grins & giggles, don't think that will lead to the boys & the piece).

TIN HAT IS YOUR PATH TO FREEDOM....so I'm thinking we have to follow the Tin Hat to find the twins.

Okay, back to real work now.

It's written backwards from the bottom up and put into 2 letter sets.

Eric Arthur Blair separated Jack and George and kept them from each other for 19 yrs. 9 months ago, Eric Arthur Blair fell ill and died. The twins, Jack and George, took their father's ashes and piece two of the Spoocheeeee Disc and disappeared into the California desert. 7 months ago they wrote a warning to the world.....

Okay so I can't quite figure out where the periods go in those first couple of sentences, because quite frankly none the spots makes sense.

The only thing that comes close is "52 years ago, Eric Arthur Blair was CEO of Propoganda for Spoocheeee for 65 years."

Still not a coherent sentence though.

Timeline

1941 EAB becomes CEOoP?
1968 Jack and George born
1986 Both boys started their service at age 18
1994 Boys have served 8 years, and lock themselves in their rooms
1997 Jack comes out
2003 George comes out
2006 EAB dies

So what did Jack do in the 6 years after he came out of his room, before George came out of his?

EAB kept them apart for 19 years. The only way this figure comes close to working is if EAB kept them apart from the day they entered Spoocheeeee service.

I have some thoughts on Happy's numbers ( 18831939 + 18891937 )

18 8 3 19 3 9
Jack began service at 18, served 8 years, stayed locked in his room for 3 years, separated for 19 years, not sure about the 3, but 9 months ago Eric Arthur Blair dies.

18 8 9 19 3 7
George began service at 18, served 8 years, stayed locked in his room for 9 years,separated for 19 years, not sure about the 3, but 7 months ago the twins wrote a warning to the world.

Maybe the two 3s add up to the six years separating the twins' emergence from their rooms.

The turn-off to the Kelso Dunes viewpoint is 100yds past an easily recognized pumping station on the left side of the road. Turn left onto a dirt road that heads west; after 3mi you come to the restrooms, sign boards and parking area that constitute the trailhead welcome at the Kelso Dunes.

1) Park Here
2) Walk Trail Head (Kelso Dunes)
3) Cross Dunes
4) Walk East Towards Providence Mts.
5) When You Reach Big Rock With Star On It, Turn Right(sign?), Walk 2 Miles
6) As You Come Down Hill You Will See:
7) ?Freewoods? Signs, Follow These Signs Heading west 1 Mile
8 ) Yell When You Are Outside The Blue Blue Heaven

34.8923n 115.6982w is the location of The Kelso Dunes Trailhead.
