I agree on the Halo connection, which is why I didn't even want to bring it up. But it does seem interesting and ARGish... although the usual typo's are not a good lead indicator of a quality ARG.

Yeah, I think that you are correct. It even brought back some "Contra" memories for me... up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, B, A... extra lives anyone?

There might be a pattern, but it is probably just random (more likely random).

It is kind of depressing that some of the links do not even work yet(?).

I fired off an e-mail asking for more information about their project, just to see if anything interesting comes back. I even included a nice little "there are no missing scientists, I hope" line, just to spice things up a bit. Smile

That e-mail exchange is pretty encouraging... it has the makings of an ARG (or some whacko who really believes in radical population control!)... One thing that bothers me at this point is the seed. I ran into this by chance somewhere else (and "somewhere else" claims it was really random... typo kind of random), but it is unlikely that someone would create a large ARG without placing a seed into this forum, so chances are that it'll be a short viral.

I'm conserned (sic) about the typos... they are lame clues at best. Or maybe Dr. Trey is foreign? Still lame. At least they're biting... I wonder if they know we caught on.

On a more serious note...tend to the babies? Designd to live? Stem cell research? I think this is about cloning...

BTW, for the human race to be extinct by the year 2087 due to low births, and life expectancy 60+, then 0 babies should be born right after 2027 or therabouts... tell that to the developing countries.
