As mentioned in this thread here, a couple of days ago it was noticed that Mr. Alan Johnson had a new friend on MySpace: "Chris." Because Chris' MySpace profile was private, I emailed him and submitted a friend request, and I finally got a response (but not befriended):

I wrote:

Mr. Alan Johnson tells me that you also have been sending him information on the activities of the White Roses. What is your connection to the Sammeeeees? I hope that maybe we can work together, so please consider my friend request.

So I don't think it clears anything up, actually. Is this person in-game as a really dedicated Spoocheeeee, or is this someone playing the game (and if it's the latter, I'd really like to know, hint hint)? The information about "Sammeeeeees" = "Samaritans" could be new -- have we learned that before??

In a possibly related development, http://www.myspace.com/christhomasisasammeeeee is no longer private, and he's uploaded the same Two Minute Good video that I know oh-so-well. It's posted under "Education," which is interesting, but again a player could do this just as easily.

Thoughts?

So first warning signal: The only place I have been revealing A.J.s messages is here on UF, which is strictly OOG. So that's one signal that Chris is OOG...

AND second warning signal: I received an email from Mr. Alan Johnson himself, in which he completely disavows all connection to Chris Thomas ("a fan"). The email is in the A.J. email thread.

So I think the PMs are telling us pretty firmly that Chris is OOG.

 		So he's a very ardent player of the game and has completely immersed himself in this game.....is he also reading the threads here in UF? If he sends Mr AJ any information gleemed from these threads then that is a violation of the TOS and I think these PMs are good enough to disavow (or start filtering his emails through Patricia). There should be a way to gently point out to Chris that you are NOT posting Mr AJ's missives in a "public" place.

He could be the conduit through which Spoocheeeee found the trail to the map that Nedd posted. Course, Nedd posted it so it was publically available if one knew where to look.

You could ask him, "if you are such an ardent supporter of Mr Alan Johnson, why does your profile name you as a Sammeeeee?" Or something like that.

Or maybe he is a friend of one of the PMs and got a little carried away.

At this point, I think it is all moot and we should just IGNORE him. No point in messaging him either. Mr Alan Johnson (aka PMs) have told us Chris is not an ingame character. We can probably ignore him. Mr Alan Johnson has removed him from his friends list.
