I'm glad I'm not the only one sitting around waiting for something to happen, while crawling out of my skin from lack of patience.... the latter could just be me though.

I was thinking the same thing as you Blue about the time. I tried searching around to see if it might possibly stand for something other than 21:00 hours, but I didn't find anything that would make sense. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.... darn... more waiting.

And again, thank you so much for finding the next clue at the Launch Party, I know we really really tried our hardest to go, so I thank you. Especially for the picture ^.^

Hello everyone! I have been lurking for the last few weeks just waiting to find something to post about on this thread. I went through as many of the release party pictures as I could over the weekend and found the following in Brian Dunn's pictures. I don't know if it has any significance. But I thought the time on the sign at the desk was interesting. Might have something to do with the candy bars.

i wouldnt exactly call him a pm but he is in the know as far as this mystery goes. i asked someone from the party about the picture, whether it was involved or not. My answer No, no mystery here. It was just the table we had set up so people could buy a copy of the game at the event, get a t-shirt with it, and get the game signed by the developers. No funny-business here.

new Alfred blog post, January 16th
does the title mean anything, or is it just him being 1337?

Quote:
January 16th - L00king D33p N2 My _ Sol 4 The An2wer.

Everybody has left for the day, but I am stuck in the office. Again.

Pink Floyd is one of those bands that has been with me since I was a boy. No matter where I was in life (geography or state of mind) they were always there with me. The power of the lyrics and the amazing guitar playing made it possible for me to escape my world and enter theirs. Lately this Blog has been my escape. You people reading this have been my paradise away from the difficulties of this job. I would like to thank you so much for that.

Today's Candy Bar: No time for that today.

Science Link O' the Day: Human Error.

Song Stuck In My Head: Sort of sounds like a Carnival Carousel.

The article is funny to me because the link title is "Human Error," which I think is another nudge to the 111 directory (alfredalan.com/111, for you new peeps), and the date on the article is from January 11th. Heh.

Also, I feel sad that he's so wigged out that he can't even find a few minutes to hide some candy for Phil.

What's he mean about a carnival carousel? Is there Pink Floyd music that features calliope sounds or something? I am not terribly familiar with their music (which seems weird to me), but maybe he's got another hidden page that uses a song title or something?

Maybe Carnival Carousel is a hint towards initials? CC?

Tra la.

New Alfred Alan video on YouTube
"No Time"

There is a new video!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYPW1NRxrPQ

He's definitely unhinged, now.

"They know that I've talked to you."

Weeeee!

Everytime I walk away from my computer. I guess if we need breaking info, I can always just leave the country... Sad

Does Alfred not know that EVERYONE can see his video on YouTube? He shouldn't be that surprised they found out. Very Happy

Poor Alfred... I think he needs a cookie. A really big cookie. With sprinkles.

Erm, I was just looking at the Antarctic Research site, because of the error hint in the most recent update, and it occurs to me (trout me if needed), that John and George are not listed in the Researchers page, but are signing the updates.

At least, until the last one, where it's the guy who drew the short straw.

Perhaps it was Ringo? Paul? Wink

Who are John and George, anyhow?

Thanks, Hawk, for the boost of confidence. Anyways, does Alfred have two doors to his office? In the first video, he looked one way. In the second video, he looked the other way. Strange.
