Email Iris She thinks I work with the DEGS

Dear Sunny,

I did as you suggested and sent along an email to this Doctor. I hope she can at least tell me why everyone wants me to go out there and, I suppose, if a medical doctor has seen what you describe, I will have to believe, even without witnessing it myself. I plan to investigate this in the future, as I really should focus my efforts into helping Phyllis, since she is the person who brought me to town.

Sunny, I must tell you what happened this morning. When we finally set up and got to work after witnessing and experimenting with the disappearing artwork in the studio, we began to set up for work for the day. As we wandered into the room that Phyllis believes the Wyatts used as a sitting room, I began to have the vision. There was an older man sitting in an old chair in the room. The entire room was sparsely furnished and what furniture there was had seen better days. There were no lights on in the room, just an oil lantern and a few candles. The man was reading a tattered old book in the lantern light when he paused from reading and looked up, right at me! Suddenly a woman rushed in from a doorway I had not noticed and said very excitedly "Come quickly, Hamilton! Hamilton, come quickly!" and then she went back out the door. Hamilton grumbled as he got up and I think he said something like "Now what the devil . . . . Amelia? Amelia! What is going on?" Next I saw a different room that appeared to be an entrance way. The woman was wrapping a young girl in a blanket. The young girl was obviously very frightened and naked beneath the blanket, shivering and sobbing. I am not sure, but I think this may have been a younger version of the "young girl" presence I felt before. As I stood watching, Amelia was whispering "There, there, darling, where in Heavens did you come from?" Then the man, Hamilton, said, "What the Hell? Who is she Amelia? Where did she come from?" Before Amelia could answer this vision moved to another room and Amelia was dressing the young girl in clothing that looked to have been a man's shirt and a skirt, both of which had been inexpertly altered to fit her more closely. She turned and said to the man, "She is our daughter now, Hamilton. He sent her to us and I won't be giving her up." The young girl smiled at Amelia while she dressed her and said "Sa - ra". Amelia nodded her head and said, "Yes, Sarah it is, dear." That is where my vision ended.

Now, I am perplexed. I know many of you said that the girl spirit could be Sarah, but I was let to believe she grew to be an adult and generally spirits do not revert to childhood when they cross over. But I am forced to admit that this now confirms that Sarah very well may be moving about the house and perhaps is manifesting some of these odd occurrences.

Other than feeling the couple a few times, nothing much else happened. Oh, I did have a small encounter with the ancient male presence. It was vague and very short, but the impression I got from it was that not only is it extremely powerful, it also seems subservient to something. I am not sure how else to describe it. It seemed to have some kind of constraints placed on it by another, a finding with I am very curious to investigate further.

Sunny, may I ask you a question? I confronted Phyllis today about the emails I have been getting. I did not want to have to do it, but it has become painfully clear that not only has she been withholding information, but that she has exposed me to some strange online group. She did not seen to fully understand what you all were and why you were trying to help her and perhaps that in and of itself makes me concerned.

Sunny, are you working with these dead eye guys? I see more of them here in town every day and when I try to get close to one of them, I invariably lose sight of them going around a corner or walking past a tree or even crossing the street. It is the strangest thing and the fact that I can see them when others standing with me cannot leads me to wonder if they are some sort of entity manifesting itself here in town. Some people have sent me speculation that perhaps they are tied to the mysterious symbols that I have seen on the walls around town, despite their prior removal.

Well, I am going to try and answer a few more emails before I take a nap.

Iris got a Phone call from Sarah

Dear Sunny,

I hope I have not offended you with my prior email. I know that Phyllis
considers you to be her best friend, but I do not know you as she does and all the happenings in town have me on edge.

Now, just after I fell asleep I got a phone call that has made it impossible
for me to sleep. The caller was a girl, and her voice sounded unnatural. She said "We are (unintelligible) out of time. The forces of Avalon and Analog are both (unintelligible) and growing desperate. He must find the wand before the way can be found." I am not sure if she indeed said Avalon and Analog. I wrote them down phonetically, so I could have the wrong spelling.

I just finished going back through my emails and have not been able to find any mention of a wand. Now, I am tired and spooked, so I could be missing it, but I was hoping you may know what this girl was talking about? The fact that she called is not odd, since the whole town knows where I am, but the message has me stumped.

You know, I think I will go out for a short walk around the block to clear my head. Maybe I will see another of those strange men and get to talk to it.

Dear Sunny,

I have just now returned from my walk and am preparing to crawl into bed once more. I will have to read everything you sent me tomorrow, as I fear that my little brain is missing important bits of information at the moment, such as you prior mention of the wand.

Yes, I have received nasty emails, but Phyllis has put my mind to rest and please let me put yours at ease as well. I do not think 'wrath' is the
correct word for my confrontation with Phyllis. I was forceful and direct, but I do not think I was in any way mean nor did anything to cause her upset. I laid it all out on the table and told her that I needed to know what she was hiding, since it was abundantly clear she was not telling me everything I needed to know. Now, I am not sure if this stuff about Dale and the 'Wish' has anything to do with her, but if it does, don't you think I can best do my job if I know about it instead of scrambling in the dark?

Let me explain my perspective to you a bit more. I am a paranormal
investigator. Even before you start to talk about anything that can be seen and quantitatively studied, I am in the dark. I work blind the majority of the time, searching to find the edge of the phenomenon. It is rather like standing in a dark room and having someone ask you to please a.) tell them what type of room it is, b.) describe what all the furniture is and what it is used for and then being asked to please figure out a way to create a light source so you can find the door and vacate the room. Now, I am not complaining at all! I love my work and I would do it over any other job any day. I am just trying to explain to you why I insist on clear and open communication. This is also why I have agreed to interact with all of you, despite not knowing you were a 'group', knowledge which, I might add, would have spared me some of the nastiness I was sent this morning. I try to be open and honest in all of my interactions and expect the same in return. It was a lesson my nana taught me, and it was a hard earned lesson, let me tell you!

As for your last question, yes, we do use all of the latest equipment,
including that needed to record the ambient noises and search for EVP's. You would be surprised to know how much spirit chatter surrounds us every day. My nana was a believer in the existence of guides who would whisper in her ear and I have often wondered if this was not what she was describing.
