[UPDATE] Library of Babel - 2 Nov 06 - I Stole the Cube http://www.perplexcityacademy.com/libraryofbabel/
Reads:
Quote:
I stole the Cube. You need to find it. Listen to my story, I'll tell you how.
1. Waking
2. Realise
3. Dissolution
4. Arrangements
5. Letters
Spinning cube as well.
Possible five fingers link, though I'm not positive, as we could have decoded the Secret Location code long before we received these five subpages.

If this page ever gets taken down by another library page, here's the permanent link:

I'm not a very blog-savvy guy. I don't write 'em and I (usually) don't read 'em.
Still, the header of CT's latest page looks like one of those default blog-templates on blogger/blogspot to me (as seen on these totally random, hopefully somewhat PXC-related blogs: here and here ).
Like I said, I haven't seen too many blog pages...but that was my first thought. This - combined with the sentence "Listen to my story, I'll tell you how." - makes me think that CT maybe has a blog somewhere.
I tried the most obvious adresses (like istolethecube.blogger.com & combedthunderclap.blogger.com), but haven't found anything yet (...no surprise there).

I'll throw in my 2 cents to that point too.
Central Park is littered with emergency phones (like cubes that ring).
Cobblestone paths and streets in some area of CP too.
Okay. That's it. I will shut up now.

It is interesting, I do wonder if that had been tried though when we got on the Library of Babel search; only to find it under the Academy's site. It would seem that CT has/had some relation to the Academy before comming to Earth.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The domain was only just registered on October 30th of this year. It probably has to do with MC wanting everyone to get to it, and find the cube. Also note it's mention in the latest Firebox email.

I'll say it again, now that CT's telling us this.
*my SPEC*
five fingers point:
half the world (1. Waking)
realm (2. Realise)
region (3. Dissolution)
feature (4. Arrangements)
last mystery (5. Letters)
again following this, the feature(#4) is aboral.
here go crazy with this....: anyone notice what letters (on Letters, #5) are not used during the main text????

Is it just me, or does the cube in the middle look different than when I first saw it?
It originally was just a clear, six sided figure rotating around.
Now it looks like several lines, and its spinning differently.

That's what I thought too. Doesn't seem to really do anything different, however.

on the waking part of the library... when the eye opens at the beginning, "waking" appears at the top of the eye. I believe our friend darkhuman means that CT is waking on the top hemisphere of the world.
I'm gonna have to agree with you... as for the other posts from CT... not sure as of yet.

I respectfully disagree with DarkHuman's spec. The 'five fingers point' is from the card, 'Secret Location'. Your interpretation would mean that CT's five pages had already been written at the time 'Secret Location' was printed (or if not written, at least scripted to some degree).
I don't think that CT spent a whole lot of time composing each LoB page before she put it up. I think each one was written quite fast, and pretty much spur-of-the-moment (or at least, the possibilities of CT posting to the web feels like chance opportunities). It has fancy effects, but I somehow think this was not such a burden to CT as it would be to most of us (well, certainly for me); perhaps the Cube helps interfacing her visual ideas to our technology, or something. (The reason I think that is because I can't imagine why CT would spend days on nifty visual effects with a message that'd only take an hour to type; if she had limited time, surely she'd compromise on the artistic quality to, oh, I don't know, give us more INFORMATION? Well... perhaps not.)
I don't want to tear down DarkHuman's spec, though, because I have nothing of my own to put up in its place. I thought the five fingers might be the five books on the card, but I don't see how they match up. Of course, I don't see much, because I haven't read any of the books...

It's fine that you dont' believe me, i hope more people look at this from view diffrent from mine. Might cause the cube to be found faster.
CT does say that in her 5 pages of flash messages that she's told us where to find the cube.
handy dandy that the last page gives us a meta solve for 5 steps(5 fingers) to solve the cube that the same author wrote. (nearly all we have she wrote). I believe CT may/may not have made the online pages before the card came out. this matter not. the clue may not even be in the text.
My major spec is in the "i stole the cube" page. each link is animated. i think that's what we need to pay attention to. (and yes, compare it to the 5 fingers)
