There's been an update to http://www.freewebs.com/13crystalskulls/

It's called "Chapter I": http://www.freewebs.com/13crystalskulls/chapteri.htm

Contains the clock image with the phonepad decode to "Onixskull frappr.com" and this text, titled The Begining [sic]:

Quote:

The First chosen was found. Her Innocents is why we chose her. Her Innocents also hindered our attempts to contact her. The First Chosen a 14 year old female from the midwest. A young girl who has become The First Chosen, will now be the venue for us to contact the world. Missy is now our gateway to you all.

All is well now, everything has now come to pass as planned. The First Chosen has found the key. The key has opened up the way to Onixskull.

Onixskull is now ready. The Test shall begin soon. All who seek this, the time has come for you to prove yourself to the Onixskull. You Must pass this test to gather the first skull.

Innocents, huh?

/me wonders if we'll be gathering the skulls in real life, a la drop.

And if so, I wonder if he's basing where to put them off of where we placed our tags on the frappr map. Because, uh... I put mine in a deliberately incorrect spot. XD

There are a lot of new photos on the Frappr page. Does anyone recognize these places?

Well, I just finally signed up!

I'm looking at the pictures as I speak, or type, and I'm not recognizing anything so it can't be anywhere near Seattle where I live nearby.

I noticed something else, after you click on onixskull's picture, you know the one at the bottom of the page, and it gives a location of:

Durango, Durango, Mexico

So maybe (1) that's where onixskull is and he is giving clues to find him, or (2) onixskull is giving us clues to find the puzzle that will lead us to him because we haven't found the first test yet right?

Whatever the reason, I think we need someone that is near that location to do some investigating.

Welcome! Very Happy

Well, Durango Mexico is also indicated by a red dot on the first picture, the map, but I really can't imagine they'd expect a player to be anywhere near there in person.

I'm wondering if the numbers are coordinates somehow. The long/lat of Durango Mexico is 24'01"N 104'40"W.

The reason why you probably couldn't find it blackhawk127 is because it's clear all the way in France!

I used Google Maps and it gave me the location for Perinne, France when I typed in the zipcode.

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=80200&btnG=Google+Search&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl

So maybe you should try Google Maps as well.

I'm betting that they are Mexican postal codes.

Here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_postal_codes_in_Mexico

80200 = Culiacan Here's the pic: http://www.atlanticfountains.com/Musical_fountain_3R.htm

83180 = Hermosillo

I can't find the exact pics yet, though.
