I found 64000 = Monterrey Mexico

And I misread 67192 in the pic.. it should be 67152 (Wellington, KS)

I was thinking more along the lines that we need to draw these onto a map and see what we get

EDIT: i.e the map in the first pic?

Yeah looks like chat might be useful.

BTW, if you think it through we've 12 pics + the map. I'm expecting we can plot these and it will give us the 13th location.

This is my attempt to map the locations. I should have numbered the locations, but that center dot is the one at Monahans, TX. Notice also that there's a gap in Eastern TX.

EDIT: I've added the last dot.

Yep, that closes the circle nicely. So now what?

EDIT: changed map in earlier post to reflect this

EDIT2: Now what? is answered:

A new pic on Onixskull's Frappr page with a code:

You know something odd. That new cipher looks like the double substitution cipher used by the Zodiac Killer. Then again, most of his ciphers were never decoded. But it is definitly the same symbols, I have photocopies of his.

Great find (although kinda creepy!). You appear to be correct:

In chat, we brainstormed this cipher page

Everyone deserved KUDOS for this! It used the Zodiac Killer's double substitution cipher
