I wonder if those words are deemed "vulgar" by the boyslife decoder? Maybe they are important? Might be worthwhile to figure out the heuristic the decoder uses to see if they are really spaces and X's or whether they are words that are "bleeped" out.

It is looking like the message actually does decode to XXXXXXXXX.

Looking at the pattern, it looks like a modified Caesar Cipher.

The cipher pattern repeats every 10 letters with a few shifts that still go by the same amount of letter spaces.

For 0227, it seems the cipher pattern is ahead 11, back 9, back 5, ahead 4, back 10, back 14, ahead 7, ahead 9, back 10, ahead 12.

For example, the first character is a Y, if you count Y and go ahead 11 characters in the alphabet Y-Z-A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I, the second letter is T and if you go back 9 letters T-S-R-Q-P-O-N-M-L, repeat and start the block over after 10 characters.

I'm sure there is a pattern in the cipher given what numbers you put in, but I don't have any time right now to find that pattern.

So, anyways, the literal translation is XXXXXXXXX, do we think this is important?

I am new, and happened upon this during my winter break. I had never heard of an ARG, but I've been following this and trying to figure out what has been going on. After you all found ironwheat's myspace I decided to friend him on a whim. Then he took my picture of my myspace and did that to it. I am kind of freaked out. If anyone has any idea what that means please let me know.

 		I was following it because I saw it one night, the one on the google videos, and it freaked me out so I tried to figure out what in the world was and ended up going to bristelgoodman.com and reading up on here... I just want to know what is going on really. Like I've read everything here and was just doing it when I was bored, but now I'm kind of freaked out.

Hey guys I'm daisyblooms friend and her and I discovered bristel goodman one night whilest chatting online and have been involved in trying to figure out what's going on ever since. After seeing what he did to her photo, I sent ironwheat a message that told him to stop and that I didn't appreciate my friends being subjected to this. I'll let you know what he says back.

Trust me she doesn't know anything more than I do about the site, we found it on google video and started looking at the website together and exchanging information every day. We're both outsiders trying to make sense of this nonsense. I do applaud you all though for your insight into all the codes, you guys are quite well versed in this stuff. I hope we can continue to shed more light on the situation.

Edit: Haha, apparently they deleted me now. I think the only reason they added me was to see my profile since I have it as Friends Only
