Using password NBETWO I found this emaiul dated March 5:

We have discovered that the entity calling itself "Agent X" has infiltrated the Sector Seven e-mail system. This morning, he was able to create a new, fully qualified domain address -- which we have now deleted -- and then broadcast a message originating from our internal mail user agent.

At this time, Agent X continues to elude Sector Seven intelligence and his identity remains a mystery. Covert inquiries into other government agencies suggest that Agent X has been able to infiltrate the mainframes of CIA, FBI, DIA, DOE, and DOD as well as sector seven. In further violation of national security laws, he has begun to disseminate these security codes to the public via the internet.

Agent X's operations make him a threat to international security. As of today, Agent X is to be considered Sector Seven's public enemy number one. He has been officially marked for neutralization by any means necessary.

In the mean time, broadcast counter-information via all available channels. This tactic worked well after the 1983 leak as part of Operation: Hungry Dragon

like all of you, i'm not entirely sure what is going on in there. i think it's pretty cool, but it doesnt seem like an ARG to me at all. its omething else.
i read on some transofmers borads that they think its a prequel thingy but who knows.

I think there's definitely something in this email. It seems to me like they're trying to get us involved but somehow we have to prove to them that we are able to first by finding something. Two things jump out at me in this email; Service number and the Ebucehtd Nif scenario (Ebucehtd Nif – Find the cube). what does anyone else think, something to do with the S7 logo and a serial number?

Already tried findthecube as a password but no joy.

 		For those of you who haven't been back to Sector Seven for a while, there's a new e-mail from Agent Powers to Agent Snup.

While Agent X has proven himself to be an irritation, perhaps there is a bright side to his antics.

Our organisation has always sought out individuals who possess a mixture of cunning, technical proficiency, and chutzpah. It seems to me that those who have discovered and used X's backdoor passwords have displayed all of these characteristics. Maybe they could be recruited to join our efforts to help protect the Earth.

If they wished to serve our cause, however, they would first have to prove their dedication. If only they knew the first seven and the hardships they endured. Doesn't matter, I guess -- people only respond to service numbers now anyway.

This ws [sic] a dangerous time for us. We do not want to go back to the ebucethd nif scenario.

Keep me informed if you find anymore of these hackers.

P.S. Bowling night is now Thursday.

Subject: Cunning, technical proficiency and chutzpah

Good afternoon,

Having hacked into your e-mails, I couldn't help noticing that I am very much in possession of the above qualities. I would be more than delighted to assist you in your efforts to save Earth.

I am one of the few people with the qualities to prevent a reversion to the FIND THE CUBE scenario. Please feel free to contact me on this e-mail.

In short, it looks like we're looking for a cube, as M**E has said. Obviously, the Sector Seven logo is a cube but I think that sounds a bit too easy. Are there any service numbers with cubed number in them?

Also, does anyone think the bowling is significant? Are there any bowling chains that have a cube in their logo?

 		i'm getting a feeling there's something in those numbers which replace punctuation that egoptimus received from S7 security on page 19.

If we have to Find the cube or whatever it is, a quick look on wikipedia about cubes lead me to Cartesian coordinates (used in mathematics) and a guy called Rene descartes who developed this use of coordinates to locate a point in two or three dimensions.

could be something to look at.
