Disregard Beagle 2 Theory

Beagle 2 was a probe. The announcement trailer says "Beagle 2 Mars Rover". the mars rover was possibly inside the beagle 2. if u google the "Beagle 2 Mars rover" you get a pic of what u see on the trailer so it is right. the Beagle 2 incident was correct. also, had a quick look at the first trailer. Can't make out anything. to low res. The second trailer i've been watching in HD all day.... so its easy to spot detail... but the first trailer is going to be a prob unless someone knows where to get a hi-res version of it.

i have paid particular attention to the TRANSFORMING endomg words. in slow motion there is just an EXTREME ammount of information and different frames.

And I HAVE found something... but until i connect the dot ill hold off on sharing. all i will say is THE NEGETIVE SPACE speaks volumes.

Things are picking up

I'm glad that we are starting to find more and more information. It's making the game much more interesting. I'm really interested in the date of the document in relation to the things it's talking about.

Negetive space speaks volumes

sigh.... my last post was at 3am melbourne time... thats how much this thing was driving me nuts.

Negetive space - either space as in "outter space" or no picture/volume... what does this mean? In either the annoucment trailer, teaser trailer or the background ambient sound u hear on a website, there is a voice (speaks volume) that need to be recorded and boosted.... maybe inverted stretched compress or reversed. I recorded the ambient sound from the website and applied such things to see if there was anything on there... nothing that i could make out... and then it was 3am and i had to work in 4 hours.
If anyone can decipher what the other guy wants to keep from us it would be appreciated.

negative space is term in art to mean the space around objects. you have probably seen that vase/two faces painting. how it applies to this game ... no idea. if he/she would just post it we could all "connect the dots" and get a solution much faster methinks.

edit:

Document Dates

I haven't seen this information anywhere, so I figured I'd share, even if it's nothing.

The document says that the agreement between S7 and Takara begins on March 15, presumably 1983, and runs for a period of 9 months, meaning it would expire on December 15, 1983. There is also the possibility of a 60-day extension, moving the maximum length of the agreement to be 11 months, expiring at the latest on February 15, 1984.

Based on that, I would think the document is dated March 11, 1983 (as opposed to November 3) since it is being submitted for the director's approval, most likely prior to the beginning of the agreement.

I thought something there would coincide with Transformers, but G1 premiered in September of 1984. So no exact connection. Although that does seem to indicate that such an agreement (ending in late 1983) would have been well-timed for a fall 1984 release date. Unfortunately, that does not account for the presence of Beast Wars and the movie in the document.

Another observation I have is that the signature at the bottom for S7 would logically be Agent M.R. Solond, the sender of the document. But that prompts the question who is Agent M.R. Solond?

ams707 info

I think i have a theory on what ams707 has found. of page 2 of the post he analysed the S7 gif that you can download from the sectorseven.org website. In it he noticed 2 sets or dots ("joing the dots") that look like lines. If you go to the transformers movie website, there are two things to take note of. First of all, the transformers logo on the website, and the one in the announcement trailer are the same, but the at the end of the teaser is different, pay attention to the "cracks" on the 2 letters. Thet are in a different position on the website logo compared to the teaser trailer logo.

Using the website logo, if u flip it upside down, they actually resemble the dotted lines that ams707 found in the S7 gif and they almost line up too...

i think ams707's ref to negative space was the black space on the s7 gif (the dots) but i'm still yet to work out the volume part.

ams707 - am i on the write track?

comments please....

Sounds to me like b_dann_b is referring to literal background noise on the video and/or website. Does it sound as if there is another voice talking in the background? If so, can it be isolated so someone who is familiar with the necessary audio techniques is able to listen to it backwards, slow it down, speed it up or whatever is done to audio tracks in order to determine if there is a hidden/subliminal message?

Just thought I'd take a peek at this, and now I'm posting - and I have work to do, argh!

I've read through the thread, here are some observations I haven't read yet...

1. The info I get for the PDF via Preview is:
Code:
Encryption: None
Modification Date: 12/14/06
Title: takara_doc.psd
Content Creator: Photoshop
PDF Producer: Mac OS X 10.4.8 Quartz PDFContext
Creation Date: 12/14/06
Author: Mickey Worsnup

All looks fairly standard. Mickey Worsnup seems to have been a production assistant on a few things here and there. Tried "worsnup", "mworsnup", "mickeyworsnup", "m.worsnup", "mickey.worsnup" and "mickey_worsnup" as logins for the remote client, but nada.

2. Also tried "solund", "msolund", "mrsolund", "agentsolund" and "agentmrsolund", as well as the same but with "55" on the end, all as logins. Nothing.

3. Does anyone find it odd that the login failure message wants "< = A7 Level Clearance"? Shurely that should be greater than or equal?

Still, like the idea of tracerouting incoming IP addresses live. Will see what ams707 comes up with, if anything - I got the impression it was to do with the transforming text logo...

A7 Clerance required

Yeah i did just notice that (well i did before, and just noticed something else).

The agent in the video is actually A3 clearance. so i'm guessing he would be higher ranked then us.. so is it possible a7 is the lowest and an a1 is the highest maybe?
