Yeah, it was an arg forum a few days ago. Found binary in the source code. I tried feeding it into a simple binary to ascii converter but neither worked for the password. The binary is below.
01001001001000000100111001010100010011010100
11010100101101010001010011010101101000100000
01000001010100010101011001000001001000000101
00010100000100100000010000100100001101000010
Edit: Broke up long binary string. -SpaceBass

Booya!
I figured this out:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
98 100 97 118 113 111 102 110 97 97 101 102 64 115 121 109 117 120 46 111 97 121 from decimal to ASCII is this:
bdavqofnaaefSPLAT symux.oay
looks vaguely like an email eh?
well that, useing ROT-14, i get this:
projectboostSPLAT gmail.com
Email sent!
We'll see what comes back i guess!
Edit: Still not sure about the binary.. still looks like gibberish at the moment.

Well the binary decodes to:
I NTMMKQMZ AQVA QA BCB
Which when rotted gives:

hmmm lol could be any of a million anagrams

I did the mandatory /images/ check, and it came out with This ... Can't think of anything that 109 would mean at this moment, but thought I'd share it...
Also, my personal favourite anagram for the text ROTed above is "A FIERCE SITE INSULTS"

i may have possibly found the person at the above email address's AIM screenname, but i'm reluctant to post it yet, as I found it on a completely unrelated site.. i'm sent him an IM, and i'll wait to seeif i get anything interesting back before posting it, so the poor guy doesn't get bombarded his away message looked a bit angry soo.. i'll be safe for now
If you do a google search for the email, you get a range of stuff, but mostly related to TI Programming. I'm not saying this site has anything to do with TI programming, I"m just saying our PM (or whatever he may end up being) seems to be an avid fan of TI programming
in a post here: http://www.unitedti.org/index.php?showtopic=4282
He talks about making an online plan for some kind of wireless TI Calc or something.. Just speculation, as it was back in Jan.

Could be "A Secret In File, Its Us"

I'm not so sure about the anagram thing, I had a quick scan through and couldn't really see anything that jumped out, then again I could be wrong as usual. As for 'xpchris09' He's been idle for the past hour now, and messaging him didn't help either. Hehe, I just looked at his profile thing, and this was in it...

Looks like 'someone' is messing with him

Thats right about the same position that I'm in... No reply to that email either. Whatever it is, so far seems amatuer, so I guess would shouldn't expect much yet.
Edit: ah, he just came back from being idle, but he wont talk to me!
Edit2: I made contact!
xPCHRIS09: yeah
xPCHRIS09: i am the owner
schummbo: is it intended to be apuzzle for people to figure out the login? i'm assuming it is, what with the hidden text in the source.
xPCHRIS09: brb

One last post, them i'll quit spamming up this thread Judging by a quick google search of aeon8.net and reading through some other forums, i'm guessing this is the new home for another forum, with some hidden puzzles that the old members can guess to get in. If this is the case, judging by the old forum, i'm not sure this is something i care to even pursue.
