UPDATE: New Live Journal entry - July 15th

4:06 pm We almost got caught by a yard bull last night. We got off the train to stretch our legs after pulling into a huge freight yard and, careless, were spotted. We spent the next 30 minutes or so climbing under cars (never a smart move) and over couplings (only slightly safer), running from one line of cars to another, trying to hide from the bull. We'd hide, crouched behind the wheels, watching for the bull's legs to pass by on the opposite side from beneath the car, then wait a suitable interval and then dash a few tracks over. At one point we were both lying flat on our backs on the end of a grainer trying to become completely invisible as the bull walked slowly past us. He should have seen us, really, if only out of the corner of his eye.

...and miles to go before I sleep.

There is also an additional map on his GeoCities page. My best estimate is that he is heading for Miami, Florida.
