We also should take into consideration that the core program might be looking in the subject for the "answer", not the message body. So whatever is tried in the body, should probably also be tried as the subject.

Did a google search for 180287, nothing really relavent seemed to come up, top hit was a microsoft article about IRQ requests, so -really- didn't seem relavent.
Figure I should stick this up, just in case.

From the sound of the auto-replies we've been getting ('inactive port'), it almost seems like we can't yet solve this puzzle. (I doubt that that will stop anyone, but all the same.) Maybe there needs to be some kind of in-game trigger, or the puzzle just isn't ready yet.
Thoughts?

I've been trying various extentions in the url, using bits from the email, but I haven't got anything yet. Maybe that, though?

I decided to watch the rings do their thing. And each time, the second circle leaves gaps (and has pauses there too, it doesnt just jump.)
Circled in red are 4 pauses, each 1 second long, I believe.
EDIT: The number of rectangles in each "section" is 35, 3, 13, 3.

If I'm not mistaken, those are the gaps for the other two circles to pass through. It just looks odd because the hour circle is disabled.
EDIT: Also, either I'm going insane(quite possible) or I just saw a ripple-looking thing next to the clock box.

Ok someone said if the treat the numbers as coordinates we end in the middle of the pacific right. Remember the hazel site we were speculating about being in game or not ingame
http://www.dshed.net/studio/projects/diffraction/journal/hazel/
it says the following:
The third part of this trilogy is a large-scale work, Array, which is inspired by meditation, radio astronomy and the search for extra-terrestrial intelligence. It consists of twelve bowls placed in a circle of 4,000 mile radius centred on the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean, transforming the planet earth into an eyeball
odd signals from the mid pacific anyone?

Yup, it does. The alt. says connection declined though, which might be some sort of hint at something later on.

Next i sent another to core[@]subject180287.net again with nothing in the body and Melvin Geist in the subject and so far i haven't received a response.

That's totally weird - you've scared me a bit by that. Yes it's my birthday!! I don't get it ..how did you work it out?
be seeing you Eva.
On Sun Jan 14 21:44 , Charlie sent:
Eva,
Hey, I know I'm overwhelming you with email (sorry!), but I was looking around the internet and came upon an interesting number.
I was just wondering--does the date February 18, 1987 mean anything special to you? Is it, perhaps, your birthday?
Just curious. Sorry if I seem like I'm stalking you--I'm just doing this because I think it may be very significant to finding your cat.
Sincerely,
Rekidk
That weird site's number is Eva's birthday!
