 		I bet that was rob ridge acting as net-guard. As for the new note from Jay, I'm not sure what we are supposed to find now. We have the decrypted note but it seems there is more that he wants us to find. I guess we have to keep digging.

 		Welcome Letter in the Mail
I just got my Welcome Letter form Township Heights today from Jay. Interesting choice of words. He says, "Me, myself and I often visit the many places in Township and I am an active organizer of events that occur."

I emailed Major Tom about the Lounge chat being closed and two minutes later the site was updated. There was even a typo. He added:

Please be Patience.

Naturally, he meant Patient. So, he is telling us to sit still. They must be having "technical difficulties". LOL
