i was about to ask how you found this.... but i saw the linky #6. what's up with the numbers on the balls, the wierd shapes that form from the circles (with the numbers under them) and the long string of double digits??!! that's it, i just poped a gasket.
here's the numbers:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
And then i dreamed no more
(7,8 )+(6,6)+(7,8 )-(6,6)-(-5,5)-(-5,5)+(7,5)+
(6,5)-(6,5)+(7,5)-(6,4)-(6,4)+(8,4)+(8,4)-(8,3)
-(-5,2)-(8,3)+(6,4)-(-5,2)+(6,4)+7,-4)-(7,-4)
+(8,-4)+(-4,-6)+(8,-4)-(6,-5)+(-4,-6)-(8,-5)+(6,-
5)-(6,-2)+(8,-5)-(-4,-8 )-(-4,-8 )+(-2,-7)-(-3,-8 )-(-
3,-8 )+(6,-7)-(6,-2)-(-2,-7)+(6,-7)+(6,-7)+(7,-7)+(7,-7)-

the out of place spaces were put there to keep the emoticons away.(between the 8's and the )'s)

and
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
nations unies is United Nations.
from wikipedia, A laissez-passer is a travel document issued by a national government or an international treaty organization. When issued by a national government a laissez-passer is often for one-way travel to the issuing country. When issued by an international treaty organization it is often for employee travel on official business.

Some national governments issue laissez-passers to their own nationals as emergency passports. Others issue them to people who are stateless, unable to obtain a passport from their own government or whose government is not recognized by the issuing country.
my guess is the emergency passport. i doubt the UN is going to recognise the delegation from perplex city...so our friend CT is a man/woman without a country, on a one way trip. but too where?? to where?

My Two immediate reaction:

1) This kinda debuncts the five fingers -> five animations theory, but not definitely

2) When he first talks about his dream, do the shapes correspond to shapes on the Wave 4 Cards? If so, because he is talking about the streets of Perplex City, perhaps the shapes do not make the coastline of someplace on earth, perhaps they will indicate a specific place in the city, but I can't see why that would be helpful.

Also, clicking on the animation at any point while its going will restart the audio track from the beginning. Maybe we need to click it at a certain time to get a secret message.

EDIT: I have discovered that when the scene changes from the original clock to the clock gearwork, the sound temporarily stops.
Also, when the 1,557,etc. minutes number comes up, it will stay up until the sound has finished.

(Actually, on second thoughts, never mind. Oh, and why can't Adobe create a non-broken Flash player for Linux?)

Nice find. Don't have time to look at it at all. Funny, I was just looking at the idea that the shapes were inspired by the card called Earth's Destiny.

I like CT but he/she (or do we know it is she now?) can be frustrating.

Maybe I feel like we have enough puzzles on our laps already. Smile

Have a great Thanksgiving or great rest of week everyone.

But all info should be out, we don't need any more shapes. Do we?

Maybe we do. We might be being a bit thick and need a further nudge in the right direction.

CT got tickets, a mobile and a passport.
Just wondering, do you need a passport for travel inside the US?

Not for travel from state to state. You used to not explicitly need them for travel between the US and Mexico either, but it's become necessary. I'd have to check on when, exactly.

You do not need a passport to go from Mexico or Canada to the US until January 2007. Anyone tried plotting the grid yet?

If there's a mobile there might be a number we can call.

Damn Mind Candy, math during Thanksgiving break!

Code:

  (7,8)
+(6,6)
+(7,8)
-(6,6)
-(-5,5)
-(-5,5)
+(7,5)
+ (6,5)
-(6,5)
+(7,5)
-(6,4)
-(6,4)
+(8,4)
+(8,4)
-(8,3)
-(-5,2)
-(8,3)
+(6,4)
-(-5,2)
+(6,4)
+7,-4)
-(7,-4)
+(8,-4)
+(-4,-6)
+(8,-4)
-(6,-5)
+(-4,-6)
-(8,-5)
+(6,- 5)
-(6,-2)
+(8,-5)
-(-4,-8 )
-(-4,-8 )
+(-2,-7)
-(-3,-8 )
-(- 3,-8 )
+(6,-7)
-(6,-2)
-(-2,-7)
+(6,-7)
+(6,-7)
+(7,-7)
+(7,-7)
-

If you assume that these are X and Y values, I got
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

(90,-5)

Then, if the - at the end implies taking a negative, you get
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

(-90,5)

I'm going to try plotting the points on a coordinate grid and see if I come up with anything.

The color of the passport, turquois, does this tell us anything about the country it's valid for?
