I don't think it's IG. Also, the other parts of the email are children's songs or poems. See here .

got it:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.welovebeef.co.uk/Daisy.html
the italicised letters spell out welovebeef
the guitar tab is the tune of Daisy Bell. and the "I'M HALF CRAZY" and "GIVE ME YOUR ANSWER DO" points to "Daisy" being the "answer". case sensitive on Daisy remember.
This shows us a lovely picture and plays the tune Daisy Bell. There's a hidden message in the pic too:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Story is a cover. Know the truth, apply the parable

everyone, check your spam folders. There is stuff in the email that want post correctly here. Like italics, etc.. You will probably need everything in the email to understand the solve.

unfortunately my email was sent via my website, not regular email means, so not formatting was retained... good on y'all for picking up on the clues.
Took me two reads to connect it to welovebeef

Regarding the email, looks like they may be playing a little bit more with ILB nostalgia.
For those who didn't play, there was a character called the Sleeping Princess who was sort of a playful, mischievous child. She gave us puzzles and used a lot of fairy-tale and nursery-rhyme language, poetry and riddles. She started out by emailing people, although later she hid her puzzles inside corrupted image files on the site, and on the 404 page.
You might want to check the 404 page on welovebeef.co.uk if you haven't already.
Anyway, I don't know how closely they're going to parody it, but knowing that may or may not help.
ETA: Oh, and there was nothing "messy" about ILB. <snort> It was very structured. Complex, yes; messy, certainly not.

The alt text of the image on Daisy is "missing ".
EDIT: Apparently that's the standard reading if the alt text is err... missing!

Can someone explain the 'know the truth....apply the parable' bit.

We don't know yet Shady. That's our next step. Doing a google search there is "The Parable of The Truth" which basically says, the truth was covered in parables to make people seek it. For with out the parables no-one believed it.
Then there is "The Parable of The Cow In the Ditch" which basically says:
1. Get the cow out of the ditch.
2. Find out how the cow got in the ditch.
3. Keep the cow out of the ditch.
And there are others, but so far every thing I've tried hasn't worked.
I've tried:
Moolies.html
WWDD.html
Lie.html
and several others i can't think of right now, but you get the idea.
oh, i just thought of something: apply the parable: What Would Daisy Do?: or Dave and Pat?: Cover in grass????
Could it have something to do with that? Dave and Pat use the word communicado but communicado.html doesn't work.
Adding the images for archiving.

Email It isn't in my spam folder. But I never logged into the timehole website, so I suppose that's why I didn't get the email.
