nbc.com/heroes/360 has some new games.
Interestingly this one: http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/games/map.shtml

Among the post its
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Byran Bevington
UAY + GCA = ?
Precognition

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Tracy Chobham
4 Pear Lane
Teleportation
U/AUU + GUC = UGA/GCA

Which looks like a combination of Genetics GATC (
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
plus Y, the hero gene?
) and advanced math... booo.

EDIT:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Ok, an addition there isn't a "hero gene" but it could be whats responsible for their powers

Possible real life location?

For what it's worth, we know exactly where Tracy lives now.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Tracy Chobham
4 Pear Lane
Frostburg, MD

4 Pear Lane is from the website that Duckie pointed out and Frostburg is from Suresh's list on his computer. (I found the exact entry from Wiki)

We got any readers in the Maryland area?

Unfortunately, there does not appear to be a real "4 Pear Lane" in Frostburg according to Google Maps...

I used to be near Maryland.

Mapquest doesn't think Pear Lane exists in Frostburg, so I wouldn't worry about it.

http://www.primatechpaper.com/privacy_policy.shtml mentions webmasterSPLATprimatechpaper.com a number of times, but I have not gotten a reply to email sent to that address, so it may be simply what it claims to be.

Following a few of those privacy pages takes you ultimately to the NBC/Universal website. I'm guessing webmaster is just that. Webmaster.

anyone else pissed Hiro didn't even GET HIS SWORD in this episode?

Ok, I'm in too, if I have time. Also, Duckie:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
No, because Hiro seems to be holding the actual SWORD with the dinosaur in that painting... so maybe we haven't seen the last of his battles with prehistoric beasts?

My thoughts exactly.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I'm thinking that when he gets the real sword, he'll immediately jump back in time due to the power of the sword. Can't freaking wait!

I found this in the source for the last posted link

http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10.dtd

Not sure what it is if anything but it is a download, and I can't open it. thought I would throw it out there to see if anyone else can open it

EDIT: my text said "You'll be hearing from me soon. We have a lot to do together"

my email Thank you for your interest in Primatech Paper. We will be in contact once we evaluate your application.

It's nothing. I didn't mean to use brute force, but I have a copy of Virtual Studio and it's the drivers that run the mobile Text Messaging. Something called XHTML Mobile DTD. Sorry I didn't mean to access it, I didn't know that it would open up the debugger when I clicked on it

Just FYI, a DTD is a Document Type Definition file. WAP (mobile language) is an XML based language, and DTDs are basically the descriptions/rules of the XML layout being used. No worries about accessing it, it's not confidential, nor is it intended to be hidden; it's simply a web file, basically just like viewing an HTML source...

Good eye though - for all we know something could be hidden with the DTD code. Ye never know Wink

Well, I'm in. Did the text thing, filled out the form, awaiting contact from a Primatech representative. I hope this thing pans out.

Primatech career page psych questions

So, the source for the careers page actually does a calculation based on what answers you put for the questions. I'm thinking we should make sure we cover all three possible outcomes.

I'm posting the quick versions. The number is the question number and A/B/C is which answer.

Type 1:
1 B
2 A
3 C
4 C
5-7 any

Type 2:
1 C
2 B
3 B
4 B
5-7 any

Type 3:
1 A
2 C
3 A
4 A
5-7 any

(Method: Each question gives a value of 1,2 or 3 to each answer. The code then counts how many 1s, 2s and 3s you selected. If you have more than 3 of a type, it assigns you to a category without doing any other checking. There is also a calculation to see if you have 3 in one and then which of the other two you have more in like 3 1s, 3 2s and 2 3s. My results above are just picking 4 so the first set of conditions is met and it can ignore what your other answers are.)

I'm guessing that's just their way of gearing the correct questions to your answers. It's like, if you say you'r from Canada, it won't show you Provinces to choose by States. Only this is geared towards personality profiles... if you're like this and this and you'd do this, then ask this.

There might be a meaning to the numbers, but I doubt it I haven't checked the source, but is the total (or some use of the selected values) sent within the submission form to the server? If so, then it's possible If not, then it's purely user interface

This is all kind of a silly bit of spec, if you ask me. The Artist's paintings aren't always exactly what they appear to be, and I'd suspect that there is a certain amount of interpretation that can go into them, thus ...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
... there isn't any reason to suspect that Hiro will ever go back to the prehistoric age. It's more likely that the scene from last night with Hiro and his "sword" in front of the dinosaur in the museum is what Issac painted.

Speculation:

When you click on any of the icons at the bottom you get a command in the Megaman Hanger: They are numbered (as we already know).

My question is...could they be Battalions?

The command line says: Object.Select System.PNL(?).BTN (Battalion ?)

Obviously there are seven of them, in the S7 group. I don't know what it means (obviously), or if it means anything at all.

just fyi - this comment is about Sector 7, and should be posted in its respective thread - here. Unfortunately, we don't yet have merge or move, so 'guest', if you could repost this in that thread, that would be appreciated -thebruce
