the little note

the little note inside the indy one was not placed there by DP. It was placed there by the finder to turn that spot into a Geocache. Taking the box or note is not part of geocaching!

These items are not "swag"

Might have to get your snail mail address soon. I think I am going back there in a few to take some pictures.

So you can't nab anything? I'll replace it with something cool!

well if that's intended to be a note to start a geocache, then it's not related to Dr.P... probably should leave it then.

Now I finally talked to someone...

At Dr. Pepper who said, get this, that the only way to find out if a coin has been found in your state is to wait until tomorrow and enter another cap code and it will say if your coin has been found or not. Unbelievable. Buy more Dr Pepper. I called 800-696-5891 and pressed 3 for promotions.
I'm sick of this.

well don't forget, it's not specifically all Dr.Pepper... the promo is being run by Softcoin, so they're the ones to hate on Wink

Baton Rouge coin
Any info?

Anyone have any information on the Baton Rouge, La., coin? I looked for two hours Tuesday morning, two hours Tuesday afternoon and an hour and half this morning. No luck. I'd say there was a group of about 12 who had gathered to look for the coin this morning. To my knowledge, no one found it. My guess is that it was put out and found on Monday. Thanks.

I looked for the Baton Rouge coin all night long in the rain and all I got was a nasty case of poison ivy. Where did you look Newspaperguy?

Texas coin

The Texas coin was in Houston, and like some of the other cities, the last two clues gave the whole game away. There was a large group gathered from early yesterday, and when I left the park this morning at 9 there were probably still 20 people there. I'm not sure what they are thinking...

Baton Rouge coin
To ashley

I live over in Mississippi. Did I meet your husband, Jeremy, on Tuesday? He said he did some work in Moss Point, which is close to where I live. And he didn't show agint Wednesday morning, so I guessed he had already looked or found it. He said he or his wife might be out again once the final clue was revealed at 2 a.m. (He said you were the brains of the operation, by the way.) Anyway, if you do hear who got it, I'd love to know. I'm curious by nature and even more so because so many people struck out on this one. Newspaper guy

Coins Found

Coins found in: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Eastern Canada, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Wash DC.
I found a coin in one of these cities, and know people who found coins in others or they saw someone else find it or there is other reliable info.

Could someone...

The wiki page is tracking what we know (what I can find, or what I'm told), for solved regions and coins.
The cities he listed are all there, though we have no official confirmation yet. All the clues will eventually, hopefully, go up once the coins are all found.
