Nope. You need admin approval to post.

Quick read through of the 8 pages that were generated and wow. Just when I thought it couldn't get any weirder.

Seems that my bandwidth pipe is wider than I thought. (It's a series of tubes! It not a truck!) Anyway... The vid will remain for now, and it looks like you can tell probably three of your friends to check it out. Smile Or four.

I really do hope this is just a game.

Geez, I go away for one afternoon and there's an explosion.

1) GET OVER IT! God forbid you guys go see a scary movie, cause you know, the serial killers are real and they're going to climb out of the screen to hack you into little bits. Screwy

2) Are we sure that the whole blog thing that started this wasn't just a game jack?

Just erring on the side of caution. If it's not real (which I don't think it is), then it's extremely well written. Smile

Uh... No, hadn't thought of that. XD Though, as viraldetector said, we'll find out soon enough. However... That's quite a lot of blog to create in very little time, if it is a gamejack.

My, how polite. For the record, I quite like horror movies. I've even got a dream of writing a horror novel one day.

But I guess I shouldn't do that, else the serial killers will climb out of my mind? Rolling Eyes

Capitalized letters in his last post

Spells out "One Nut." So I replied in the comments using "one nut" and set up an account with a viewable email addy. Maybe that's what he's looking for. If so, call me a whipping boy. (Not TOTALLY freaked out, but yes my hands are shaking as I'm typing this... Gonna grab some dinner and hope to hear something soon.)

If you don't hear from me again, Esteed you can have my Wii and Smith gets the laptop. But my Magic(tm) cards get buried with me!!

Cool. I could use a new machine.

Has anyone else noticed that the new blog is total gutterpunk fluff and it's just the last post that makes any reference to the videos? I hope someone smarter than me made a copy of it before it all went away...

DJ Shadow

From the HappyCube forum:

I have made so many mistakes in my life. There is so much that I regret, but the biggest regret is knowing that I let him beat me.

I never had to lose. I could've kept playing until I died.

But once you're out of the game, you're out.

Reminds me of a lyric from "What does your soul look like? Part 2" by DJ Shadow on the album Preemptive Strike. At about the 3:30 mark, Quote:

"There's a game out there, and the stakes are high. And the guy who run it figures the averages all day long and all night long. Once in a while, he lets you steal a pot, but if you stay in the game long enough, you've got to lose. And once you've lost, there's no way back. No way at all..."

I know there are samples from the Christopher Walken film "Brainstorm" on this track, but I've never been able to figure out where that sample comes from. Does it ring a bell to anyone?

New Blog, new questions:

No update or response, so sorry Esteed and Smith... Wink

I'm going through the blog now- yes, teenage angsty stuff.

I've got some thoughts, but my guess is that these are random paragraphs taken from other blogs. (Notice the timestamps all within 1 minute of each other- obviously this time the PM prepared for a quick change.

I'm not going to persue much on the revised blogs, and hope that one of us gets a video. But if nothing turns up by tomorrow afternoon, then I'll have to pull my notes out. (But like I said, it looks like chopped up bits of a couple of different blogs. Hmmmm maybe search the blogs for those chunks of text and see what other blogs they were pulled from?)

A U.K. Connection.

So I've been looking back through the HappyCube Board. Running the usernames through google and such... Seems that with a bit of squinting and stretching, some of them might be Brits, or at least interested in U.K. culture. Some of the slang and so on...

Also the last post mentioned Infrasound and tv frequencies and such... On a hunch I looked through Youtube again for videos that mention 17-19Hz ranges.

Came up with this.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=BqxrY86FYN8

From a UK user. Mentions the same kinds of things as the Wyoming Incident writer... "Just found it, made people sick, mind control... etc"

It is definetly stranger than the first three. Weird garbled soundtrack, devil mask...

Maybe something, maybe nothing.

Blog update!

I have made my decision. If the video is not uploaded within a day, another volunteer will be chosen.

*edit beat me to it... Wink

Perhaps we've found a winner already? Will check out the link though. (For the record, I haven't received anything yet, and I'm not sure what timezone those times are, but it wasn't there when I checked about 30 minutes ago.) Check your inboxes folks!!
