sirraf.net Found an interesting thread over on the something awful forums.

I've heard the people around here like solving problems. So here's a problem for you all. My supervisors have ordered me to break into our competitor's website to get any info, passwords, whatever stuff of interest that's inside there. I hope you can help me with this task. The site is http://sirraf.net - I only have an old login that doesn't work any more, the username is "amy" and the password was "99bottles".
Secrecy is important, so don't try to brute force or DOS their systems.
Good luck.
----
Sure enough, the username and password, with an obvious modification, get you into an area with file storage and e-mail for a Sirraf employee. I'm currently at work so I haven't had time to look around extensively. The "around here" in the message can only mean SA, since I can't think of any other "here" I'm at that it could mean.

"Thanks for the generous offer. I will try to get you as much info as possible about Edward's next big project, but I can't promise anything. Some info that might prove useful: Default passwords around here are created by taking the string "changeme", then appending the day of the month the account is created. Maybe you can get some information from the new guy."
Roberts password is "changeme15"

Ed's going to be working on something called I6NPSV. Military grade, don't know anything else yet. They're switching to encrypted mails, so I need you to locate some crypto experts to get stuff cracked. Have you heard about some crypto called CQRE?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
*ROTed*
The CQRE cryptosystem is actually quite easy to crack. Just send over all encrypted emails, and we can take it from there.

You can fetch the encrypted mails yourself. His password is 01301987, just log on to his mail account and grab whatever you need there.

Everything up here is falling apart! Do you have the resources to rescue us
from the lab? Let's worry about secrecy later, right now I just want to come
out of this situation alive!
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
*ROTed*
Sorry, but we don't have any shuttles that can be used for a rescue mission. You'll just have to survive on your own. Anyway, if you get out of this alive, you will find that your bank account now has increased by a significant amount. You've been very helpful, but now that we're in possession of the information we desired, you won't hear from us again. Thank you, and good luck.

found a freeware utility to decrypt rc4 @ http://www.download-by.net/security-and-privacy/encryption-tools/cp2,0.html
It looks like it only works with Mac, so I can do no more with it

http://home.versatel.nl/MAvanEverdingen/Code/code.html is an RC4 Encryption/Decryption Java Applet. However, more success would be had from the program AirSnort, which has created Media buzz.

Actually most of the game has been solved, all except for the final code (and there's hinting of a prize?). Which has stumped everyone for quite a number of hours now! So anyone who's looking for a good fun time at a futuristic secret lab type ARG, you still have time to catch up! That and we could use more mindpower on cracking the final puzzle.

The Last Puzzle Alrighty then. A little bit of background too for context:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
We're investigating Sirraf Industries' space station Lab 5, which does research on viruses. A virus gets out and it's shown that the communique's that they think are coming from HQ were really from a figure who planned the crew's deaths, Azazel, with the help of an onboard spy, Amy.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
So we break into the final user account and in the source code of his last email, theres a link to http://sirraf.net/final.png
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Looking at the image at a high angle to the screen reveals some highlighting on one of the urls, which leads you to the final puzzle. http://sirraf.net/email.php?id=JDAM

If you plot the numbers on a grid by rows, it forms "GAMMARAYS"
