It was a vigenere cipher (named for Blaise de Vigen�re, hence the "Blaise" of Glory reference), but only a fragment would decode at a time. It was very frustrating and took quite some time to fully solve. I had to keep entering the paragraph, and then deleting the beginning letter(s) until a new piece of fragment appeared.

Starting with the first paragraph and the "GO" word, ALBARRASH, I found

After a bit of trial and error, I saw that deleting the first letter, "O", gave me:

AEBANON'S LEADERS AND FRIENDS WERE
MEETING IN

and then deleting the "B" gave

ERANCE'S CAPITAL CITY.

Deleting the next "O" revealed

IHE AMERICAN LEADER CONDEMNED TWO COUNTRIES AND AN
ISLAMIC MALITIA [sic].

I used two pages (two copies of the code text), and when I had one bit decoded, I placed it in the second page so I didn't lose my place, as when I deleted a letter, the entire code would change again.

I have no idea why we were given this code/message, and no idea how that ties in with the Sons of Loki or werewolves for that matter, and since it wasn't even mentioned in tonight's gameplay.... Dunno
