[UPDATE] Violet's Note for the Cube-Finder Well... now that Violet's out in the open I feel it's OK to post this: the note she left with the Cube when she buried it . Finding it was almost as exciting as finding the Cube itself. Possibly more so.
*edit - split topic from Sentinel article. and it's cool. -cass

The Receda Cube
I'm writing this now, and I don't really believe anyone will ever find the Cube. I think I'll be stuck in this limbo forever, just waiting and waiting and waiting. But if you're reading this it means you must have found it. Wow. I hope you're not evil. I hope I'm not dead in the meantime. I hope you can understand why I did what I did, why it was the only way.
Keep the Cube safe. I wouldn't broadcast all over the internet that you've found it if I were you; you never know who might be reading it. Contact Mind Candy - you probably know already to do that.
And, assuming you're not evil, thank you. This whole thing's going to go wild pretty soon and there'll be interviews and parties and all sorts of things. But for now it's just between you and me. I buried it and you found it. I've often wondered why the Cube chose that place to be buried and I think, apart from being secluded, maybe it's because it's so beautiful. It's a sort of gift. So thank you. And don't spend all your prize money at once.

It looks blank to me, from that blurry photo. Which would be fitting.

It is blank, solid silver (I think) and unpolished, apart from the very shiny little square in the corner.
You've seen Guy's post on the PXC.com forums about when and how they'll be dishing out the remaining ones?

Quick! Everyone look busy!
Hey Guy, I took a stab at figuring out Broadside after everyone gave up (very smart of them). The long hidden message on Primer too. Does that at least earn me the shiny corner of the silver leitmark?
Oh yeah, and I never told the Feds about how MC is a front for organized crime. Ooops...never mind about that corner now...

lol There's too many card and puzzle solvers for leitmarks! Maybe they should release a blueprint of how to make a silver leitmark from tin-foil and we can all wear one with pride? Perhaps with matching tin-foil hats in case the 3P read our brain waves using this .

random notes on the words "NIHIL OBSTAT SCIENTIA" is Latin more or less for nothing stands in the way of science. But NIHIL OBSTAT is an official approval by a delegated censor of the Roman Catholic Church to publish a work dealing with faith or morals. It signifies that the publication is free from Catholic doctrinal or moral error.
This just seems like an odd thing to put on an artifact related to science

its the gold leitmark that you really want and you only get that if you solve Riemann.
