[PUZZLE/SOLVED] Torn Paper Pieces
From Rainbow Of Death

A new post by Matt: Torn Paper Bits

Edit: I put it together, but somehow I get the feeling that putting it together properly isn't the point. The different sized lettering suggests that you might have to rearrange the pieces with like sizes.

If you order the pieces from smallest to largest and write out the 7-letter strings for each on a line you get:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

TIEDLNR
HSLMEGE
EDPYFTA
TOUNTOD
HISOSHT
INATOEH
NGLEMLE
GGLSEPM
SOFITYT
HDIVHOO
EHNEIUO

Then, reading down the columns, you get: (Punctuation added)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The things he is doing. God help us all! Find my notes. I've left something to help you read them, too.

ETA: The envelope looks like it might be read as:
por Tireur Klejo (for Tireur Klejo)
Tireur means Gunner in French, FWIW.

Edit2:
Sent to Matt per Sylvia's suggestion.
