Hm, given the description of what happened I would say that 'slaughterhouse' is a pretty good word for it. Nice find.

Hadn't thought of that, holy symbolism batman...
hats off to those in charge.

I believe there is an image to be built from the rest of the fragments of color, But I have to work, and am unsure of its worth.

making it easier to read.

I've made a Bookmarklet to help us view the pages a bit more clearly -
http://thinkarg.googlepages.com/yearzeroreformatter

simply drag the link from that page onto your browsers toolbar, and it should cause overlapping styles to disappear.

(ts a bit of a hack, as these sites are from the future, I guess a proper future browser would be able to read the sites fine)

Don't know about anyone else, but since I found out about this (a couple of days ago) I've been using Merzbau's updates to keep track of what's going on- he/she seems to update that post very often- but I'm finding ETS a bit too NINny and not game-y enough, if you see what I mean, so I thought I'd join you guys here instead. (Not that I'm not totally excited about the new album...)

Hi.

Incidentally, is the general consensus that the USBs were genuinely "found" in toilets at concerts? It seems an awfully hit and miss way to give out important clues. What if they'd been handed to Lost Property, or found by someone who didn't know what a USB thingy was?

I'm in agreement with you here. Pretty random placement of something important for this advertising campaign. Makes a huge assumption about how many of the concert goers would be aware of the online forum & game.

Welcome to uF. BTW, feel free to edit your previous post to add a new thought rather than posting back-to-back. And I'm not hanging around this for the music; I'm here for the game Cool

given the hobbit clue, I think we know where the next drop is going to be.. except, there is no show in Dresden

No but the last drop wasn't in Bilbao either.
So perhaps it will just be Germany.
I do hope we get something before then though, seeing as the first Germany show is almost a month away.

Bill Chapman

random speculation:

Bill Chapman was the man that went nuts @ the Star Chamber after receiving a heavy dose of Opal.

The dates work out for the ChurchofPlano.com site where they wonder if he was in his right mind. Additionally, in the note that Angry Sniper sent to nooneimportant, there are hand written notes from the policeman about "OC Spray = no effect. Lethal if blah blah blah. Elison said taser caused perp to break ou[r/t] [something]. Hmmm!"

Anyway, it's nice to be here after wading through a million posts over at echoingthesound. Smile

And the woman with orange tears....creepy....and intrigueing...

[SPEC]
my slightly different take is that bill chapman (or someone) was one of the 105th that was given the red pill, and was responsible for the star chamber massacre. i also think that the song 'me, i'm not' is writen from the point of view of a red-pill soldier...

but then, i'm probably way off

new site found : http://www.artisresistance.com/ apparently from a red flyer handed out at the paris gig. No scans have surfaced yet of said flyer.

The site links to a previously unfound page on the http://anotherversionofthetruth.com/ site

Phone Numbers
reverse directory search

I read about the beginnings of this on some news website a week or so ago and have been following it ever since. This is my first attempt at any type of ARG, but this is awesome so probably not the last.
After the first phone number with a message recording was found I did a reverse directory search and found the source somewhere out an Cali. Since that's where everyone involved in this production is located I paid it no mind. This new number is based in Cleveland, Ohio. This jumped out at me because I'm about an hour away from there. Does anyone have an account with a public info provider that could get more information on the numbers. Like the subscriber and address? If we could at least find what address they're registered to maybe there's a clue at that actual location. I wouldn't mind driving a bit to possibly find something. This might be a total dead end if this ARG is restricted to the concerts and websites though. Just a thought.
