There's a new link on the:
http://www.subject180287.net/Access.html
page. I think this is what Frankie was talking about when she said that once Eva woke up, she'd be easier to communicate with.

This is weird, but I've listened to it a couple of times, and sometimes it puts the "e" on the end, and sometimes it doesn't. A lot of the letters could be different. For what it's worth, my guesses were:

Hmm, odd:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The extra "e" at the end only appears when I rip the movie.
It's spoken also like a psychologist letter association test, not sure if that means anything.

Here is what I heard after multliple listenings and corrections.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
l h
i f t
k p h r
e f
o l e
n a c e f m e
Some of the words I see in this mix are "lift" and "face me" if that is any help. Out of my current combination I can make out this message below by putting the letters in the right order, but the letters "fhhfn" are still unused so I may have heard something wrong. BUT I think this is definitely a word jumble and the order of the letters on the video is not the important part.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
help keir to face me

Carmenmiranda, could you put the [PUZZLE] designation in the topic of this thread, since we now know that's what it is? You're the only one who can do it since yours is the first post.
Just to make things easier. And then, I guess mark it as solved? Or not, since we have to figure out how to follow Eva's instructions.
Oh, and shall we assume that "He is alive" means Keir now?
EDIT: Changed "post" to "thread" for clarity.

i think my thing is on the right track, but i dont thinnk it is solved yet. there are still a few letters left over, and if it IS a jumble then presumably all the letters have to be used.

wow! so many different interpretations... here's mine
I think its another one different from all the others...
L – h
I – op
K – phr
E – o
O – le
N – akefn (e)
from which Kenkon fairly leaps out.
but trying to look past the obvious, I scrambled them to:
(in no particular order)
loophole/frankie/ken/phe
probably just finding what I want to find again

You can assume whatever you like I'll be keeping an open mind

I combined LegionInfinity's letters with my own, figured out which letters did not match up and gave it another listen for just those letters. What I came up with is this:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
l h
i o t
k p h r
e f
o l e
n a c e f m e
Which provides the letters for any number of words. The words:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
face me keir help to
Still stick out to me but also still leave letters unused, but on a second look so do the following:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
timehole help face
Although letters are still unused there as well. But at this point I think it is maybe a safe assumption that this a word jumble of some kind maybe? I think the Keir combination is likely simply because Eva disappeared the night she found out Keir had died, and the words can be organized into:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Help Me To Face Keir
So perhaps what needs to be done now is to help Eva face what happenend to Keir and realize it is not her fault. After all, it was his helping her that got him disappeared which she could easily be blaming herself for. But the other possible combinations could mean that it is time for us to go to Pat & Dave and get their help or possibly help them.
There are a lot of options until we get all the letters correct.

The change of voice from woman to girl must mean something.
If this is an anagram, maybe it's to designate the length of the words in the message.
2 - 3 - 4 - 2- 3 - 7
One seven letter word that might apply is FRANKIE.

I was thinking the same thing. I tried de-vignering it, but assuming "Frankie" for the last word didn't yield anything helpful. I also tried "Montauk," and again, nothing helpful.
Also, I tried de-baconing it, and came up with either mpyz or wska, depending on what's a and what's b. Of course, the "e" at the end screws up that theory.
Again, zilch.
I think someone smarter than me is going to have to solve this one!

It could also be indicating capital or "big" letters whereas the childs voice indicates lower case or "small" letters? Also if the number of letters in each line indicates the number of letters in which word drizjr suggests, perhaps using a letter does not remove it from the jumble. Perhaps these are merely the letters that all the words have to work with. So the same letter can be used multiple times so long as it is in a different word? One of the unfortunate difficulties here is that sounds can be processed very differently if you are looking at written letters or trying to hear something that you want to hear. This is why people get song lyrics wrong consistently throughout their life or if someone write down a sentence that has similar vowel and consonant sounds to a song lyric, and you look at it while listening you will likely hear the written sentence and not the actual lyric. What we need is someone with really good ears who can hear well through the static. The accent throws me off ever so slightly too, since I am stateside and not often exposed to the variety of British accents.
I like this puzzle. I feel like it is not beyond me. ^_^
