And in turn, our PMs have to TRUST us players to NOT partake of any illegal activities (hiding in a portapotty isn't illegal, just stinky).

/me is hit with a concept for an ARG event in which one player is sent to a portapotty (namely Kona) and another is sent to tip it over...

Sounds to me like the above guy needs to be in a padded cell for some time. There are just some people out there who have something wrong and they are just absorbed by a "role" be it from an RPG, a movie, a game, a tv show... whatever... then there are some people who use them as excuses.
