Me again, sorry for disturbing.
The irregular moving dots on Eva's last vid and the regular moving dots on the Kenkon logo seem somehow alike to me, can't say that in better English.
Just the idea of an idea: could this be a hint or code?

We can hear a sample of what she said on her blog to Keir, "Can you get in touch with me". I think we need to get in touch with her.

Also, the Kenkon logo looks a lot like the SRI logo (i know it's a fairly obvious link, but I hadn't noticed before)

Okay, apologies in advance for the number of images here, but I'm doing this for the benefit of people who don't have all of the multimedia geek toys.

In the video on Eva's website, the static prior to Eva's disappearance is made up of one or two frames that are lighter or darker than the others, and then it mostly repeats one of two things:

1. Either this strange bar-looking thing sort of moves across the movie,





or

2. There is this thing that was described by someone else as looking like eyelashes



I've compared instances one to the other, and it's the exact same eyelash looking stuff. I mean, pretty much pixel-for-pixel.

There are also a few different looking bits, which look like this:








And here are the frames just prior to and just after her disappearance:





Again, this is for people who don't have the toys that some of us do.

Oh, and here, I noticed that right before she disappeared, not only did the edge of the bookcase go all wobbly, but there was a bit of a circle surrounding her:



What's important to notice is that the reclaimed video repeats the exact same funky bar thing and eyelashes.

great caps carmenmiranda, good observation but i don't think the odd stuff is eyelashes. Not exactly sure what it is but I'm pretty sure it's not eyelashes. It could be the electronics once again being effected by the energy from Eva's emotional state. Or the entity having trouble getting through. Like you said the important stuff is the repeat on the reclaimed video. Just who was that trying to contact Eva, anyways?
