Email from Sam Dale is missing Again!

Hi Sunny,
How are you? I've been so damn busy here that I haven't gotten around to writing in a while. I'm sorry. They've also been watching me like a hawk here at the Municipal Building for some reason, both JD and the Mayor. I think they believe someone may be trying to leak information out re: the Grand Jury investigation and I guess I would be one of the likely suspects because of my job. So it's been tough for me to do anything personal while at work.

I don't have a whole lot of time right now but I wanted to drop you a quick note and ask: have you heard from Dale at all today? I talked to him just before he was going out to the meetings he set up for today (actually he was going out to the Hiking Trail area first for a short while I think) and he promised me he would call me or get a hold of me somehow as soon as he was finished with them. That should have been a couple of hours ago and there's still no word from him. I just talked to Wes and he hasn't heard from Dale either but I was thinking maybe he e-mailed some of you out there. Have you heard from him?

Thanks,
Sam Greene

Re: Email from Sam Dale is missing Again!

I received an e-mail from Dale about 9 am (acording to time stamp on the email) before he went to the hiking trails...

Hi Steff:
Thanks for the information about Iris Page and her "visions" about Doug
Willingham. Coincidentally, I just received an e-mail from her directly late
last night, introducing herself, though I have to admit I knew about her before because of her dealings with Wes Keeler. Like everyone else around here lately, she wants to meet with me too, it seems.
I'm not sure what to say about her "visions". Even with all I have been through lately, I still find them hard to understand. I've known Doug Willingham for years now and, even though he's a little slimy just by virtue of being a lawyer, I just can't see him as being "scary" or mysterious. And I have trouble picturing him as a "bootlicker" either. He's certainly not that way around Aglaura normally. But I guess if I've learned anything over the last few months, it's that appearances can certainly be deceiving. I am meeting with him today and I promise to be very careful. You probably also know that I have a couple of other meetings today too, and I'm going to be careful for those too, don't worry. The first one isn't until around 11:00 so I'm going to go back out to the old Hiking Trails first, and check out that possible trail I found and marked the last time I was out there.
I 'll be certain to try and send another message later today to let you know how everything works out.
Thanks for the tip about the greywethers page too. I haven't made any progress with that intial log-in page either.
Stay in touch.

Dale

Hi Dale,
> Look, Iris Page is finding out some pretty scary things about good ol' JD, if you decide to meet with him, you really, really need to know this...
One vision involved JD standing in the foyer of his home with his head bowed and being "overly" respectful of a man dressed ina dark cloak with a hood pulled over his head. The words boot licking toady come to mind. The man wanted him to find or retrieve or catch some girl (we suspect, Sarah).
>
> Seond vision involved said hooded man sitting at a desk (possible JD's own den, but don't quote me on that) getting a little testy with JD about him not getting said girl, and JD practically grovelling.
>
> He also saw Sarah's wall painting when it made an appearance at the house, was stunned by it, and mimbled something about calling someone... Phyllis had a backbone and put her foot down and made him go and stay in bed. When the morning came JD had left and so had the painting on the wall.
>
> Dale, he may be in league with the nine.... if you meet him be very very careful and take Wes _and_ Sam with you, do not meet him alone.
>
> I know you are real busy right now so I will just fade back into the
> woodwork, but I wanted to be sure you had this tidbit of information.

So looks like the meeting with Tracie was the first one and JD's meet was to happen later in the morning. If Wes didn't go out there with him it must have been Sal.
