Looks like Holger had 2 cousins, earl and tom (see the name of the picture on the first page). Holger lived at 4243 Lawrence Lane in Green Springs, Nevada.

I don't think so. E-mail addys and IPs aren't "personal", since they are commonly given away or made public on many online discussion communities.
