Good luck man. The last time I tried one of the rituals (Paranoia summoning) it didn't turn out well at all.

what happened?


I had a nasty panic attack about 5 minutes into it. I was having flashbacks to when I was 7 and my drunken brother chased me, my sister, and my mom around the house with a loaded shotgun.

Just a hunch really. I guess it's because of DoctorManhattan coming back like that all of a sudden. I'm more than likely wrong about it though.

No, it is most definitely strange. I'm wondering what the PM'ing between the embodiment and him was all about. He was lurking for a while I noticed but hasn't posted again.

 		Wow, just read the new thread, crazy stuff. Guess we just wait until more people try and ritual and see if anything happens. Also, sorry to hear about that dazeytweeter, i was too scared to participate in the first ritual, hopefully this one works out ok. Though i do get extremely scared and paranoid easily. If i don't post results in about... say 3 hours then im probably in a ball lying on the floor of my room Crying or Very sad

 		It's interesting that theembodiment mentioned Amaguq, because he is a part of Inuit Mythology. We've only dealt with Greek mythos so far.

I have reason to believe that Yellow Field is either located in the following places. I base this on where the Inuit people are indigneous to, and the relation to theembodiment's dream.

Alaska
Greenland
The Canadian territories of Northwest Territories and Nunavut
Quebec
The northern part of Labrador

These also might be locations of Video 7. theembodiment narrowed its possible locations down to the following twelve places.

3 in the UK
4 in the US
2 in Canada
1 in Germany
1 in Dominican republic
1 in South Africa

NOTE: He says it's highly doubtful that Video 7 is in the last three countries mentioned.

EDIT: I re-read theembodiments dream again and have made a few connections between it and an earlier post (in the Clarifications thread) where he mentions a murder of a woman (named Dana McKearney) and her son by a mentally-challenged gardner. This is what I asked him over at HC.

Just popping back after the "bonerz" fiasco and getting caught up....But it might be interesting to note that the name "Doctor Manhattan" was also used in Alan Moore's "Watchmen" Graphic Novel. There's an acurrate wiki entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_Manhattan . With the talk of a nuclear event, it might be relevant.

The man with the knife could've been Dana McKearney's killer, but the boy in the truck doesn't really match up with that case. At the youngest, I'd say the boy in the truck was an older teenager. It should also be said that the gardener did not shoot anyone. The exterior of the house didn't really match up with anything from Yellow Field either.


The word Alaska was also mentioned in the "Words Of Warning" thread among other hints/clues given to us by a confidant of Paranoia.
