I got locked out on #133 Irrationality, and I know my answers were right - I've been checking them for the last 43 hours. I need sleep.

ohhhhh, i see. all my friends were like, what the hell man, why can't you get any solves. you spent all that time on a black card, and you got it wrong??? as i'm thinking to myself, i'm 1000000% right on this card, what gives??? (black dropbox...)
Feels better now... kinda.
at least i got 1 right... lol.

Higher score for quick solve gone... Ok- so they have scrapped the higher points for a quicker solve- at least that will remove the advantage for those actually able to enter results and get a correct answer!
I still want a first solve, however

MC are clearly struggling with the demand - and in truth they have been ever since the site was relaunched. 50,000 is bull - 1/100th of that maybe at any given time.
My guess is that they have major issues with their website hosts - so what do they do ? Change providers and take another 6 weeks to launch S2 - or go ahead and hope it works out ?
This stacks up with the fact the cards side of things has worked very well - good distribution (my (UK) box arrived 8.22am 1/3/07 and great printing (the odd typo not withstanding - intentional ?)
They have cocked up the website hosting - and I am sure they know they need to sort that out asap.

Definitely the drop downs... Ok- FINALLY got a solve (#001, lol)- but only the ones where you enter a word rather than using a drop down. Giving up now (too tired...)

Ok, has anyone seen any information pertaining to first solves? I checked my solved cards list, and a bunch that I thought didn't go through did, but that's all it tells you.
I don't see first solved, how many solved, etc. listed anywhere.
They also aren't asking us whether we thought the card was too hard, too easy, etc.
Anyone else find this info elsewhere on the site??

does anyone actually know how many points they've got?
it doesn't say on my profile page - and I'm not on the leaderboard page

I've realised the puzzles with drop-down menu answers work in Firefox, but not in IE.
I've managed to solve #133 Irrationality and #198 Colourblind with Firefox. The exact same answers to these cards only got "incorrect" responses with IE.

But... Neither firefox or ie work with the drop downs with me..
Clicking on the players cards on s2 is interesting, seeing the range that have been solved- lots are getting the drop downs!

You and me both
There are only two words missing on #198 (once I corrected my misspellings, heh!) and 3 attempts to enter them have locked me out.
I've sent an email to MC. Despite spending a few hundred quid on PXC over the last year or so, I'm quite tempted to walk away. This is a f**king joke. I've no interest in solving the 'puzzle' of grossly incompetent web design - that's too much like work.

solving drop-down menu puzzles appears to be hit and miss. i'm locked out of several puzzles because i tried them in IE before switching to firefox. having no problems now.
on the upside. I solved a silver - 226 - here's for hoping for a first solve.
on the other hand i've solved enough cards at this stage to show up on the leaderboard but no joy.
