 		Greetings again:

As I turned by copy of our little friend over and over in my hands, trying to puzzle out what flower it is, my wife looked over my shoulder. She's a vigirous cross stitcher and asked to take a look at it.

I swallowed my man ego and gave it to her.

"Hmmm. I see an M, an I and an S."

"What?"

"I counted the 'X''s in the stem and got 13. Maybe that's an M. Get me a color copy and I'll see what I can do for you."

The wife thinks that the 1-2-3 threads may also be a factor for division or multiplication. Anyone else who wants to follow this line of thought, be my guess. She'll be looking at the puzzle over the weekend.

 		Okies I started to look at this tonight and noticed the edges have -'s and .'s around - having looked closer and searched it is japanese morse code kana http://www.quadibloc.com/crypto/pp1323.htm as i cant read or speak Kana I have transcribed it and Yembles is looking at it. anyone else here it is.

I don't entirely understand how this answer was arrived at. There is some morse, and there is some needlepoint, but do they relate to each other? And I don't entirely understand what each both is supposed to be saying.

If someone could grant an anagnorisis?
