Frankie gave it to them to give to us, in the event that she was caught, IIRC.

Guiding them out of the holding cell area is one thing; where are the cells in relation to the rest of the complex? I doubt the "exit" door is going to open out to unguarded, unfenced in freedom.

 		I was also thinking that even if we get them out, what about the chip in Eva's head? I mean, can't they continue controlling her somewhat, the way they did with that other person who lost time? Somehow, that's got to get removed or deactivated.

Sorry about being so fuzzy on the details
It was on the Lightnet link which we got from the Montauk page--from Link4 which was split into two separate links, around the letter "i" in Link. The website is here.

The person who lost time was Preston Nichols. He was investigating Montauk and was recognized by one of the technicians there, and found that he had is own office and was a department head.

Of course with Preston Nichols, we don't know if there was an RFID chip. It may have been done via hypnosis. But it seems like it's been kind of been implied that they've been doing stuff to Eva through the chip. I think that's what that whole account about the diazepam binding sites and stuff was about.

Pretty interesting read, especially since I think the website is OOG.

 		The camera goes staticy towards the end and some letters appear in the top right corner. I can't make out what they are though.
