[MAIL][PUZZLE] Yuki! Plushie ---> Organizational Chart Okay, I just got the Yuki toy through my door and there's a puzzle, and a new name on the tag (The bit where it says the manufacturer of the toy).
First of all:
I found the puzzle in Yukis mouth, it's got a logo at the top and the whole thing is in bad condition, some bits of letters rubbed off, it's going to be a pain, for instance, possible L's that now look like 1 or I.
When I looked at the tag on the toy, it said Kenkon Corps; I looked it up on google and found:
http://www.kenkon.net/ - This website is part of the ARG since it's logo is the same. (Which has it's own topic now)
Enjoy!

The bold is not mine, everything in there from the bold to the dots is what I see.
I was looking at the puzzle I got, not the scanned version of it.

Ooo! Ooo! Ooo!
Guessing that the "Ke" above the door in the YouKin video stood for "KenKon," I asked the bot:
"Who is KenKon?"
Response:
"Kenkon owns Youkin."

Seperating the numbers from the letters shows some interesting patterns but nothing jumping out at me yet:
Quote:
999.
9 11 11 9
2 5 5 2
2 3 3 2
7 9 9 7
3 4 4 3
6 8 8 6
10 15 15 10
998.
4 6
2 2
3 3 7
7 5 5
5 7 7
5 9
5 9
13 13 8 8 5
997.

The bolded type seems to be increasing alphabetically and decreasing numerically - it could be a key of some sort.
v = 999
w = 998
xy = 997
I'm sure if we work this pattern out backwards we can get a key that works, but my brain is still recovering from work right now.

a beginning use Olly's numbers and go to Youkin type in each set of numbers and here is what you get from Yuki:
Quote:
V999. : = Legacy-Hubs and Node points.
P9P11S11S9 : Eva McGill
N2N5R5R2 : Subject180287.
J2J3K3K2 : Psivolution.
I7I9L9L7 : Kenkon.
E3E4F4F3 : Youkin.
C6C8E8E6 : S.R.I.
B10B15H15H10 : Mil legacy.
W998. : = Pathways.
E4E6 : I have no answer for that.
K2N2 : I have no answer for that.
F3I3I7 : I have no answer for that.
K7K5N5 : I have no answer for that.
O5O7L7 : I have no answer for that.
Q5Q9 : I have no answer for that.
R5R9 : I have no answer for that.
H13M13M8P8P5 : I have no answer for that.
XY997. : .= Y.1-16 X. A-T.

Wow... good thinking Sylvia. Now what do we do with them?
Could some of this be used as more core input? Has anyone tried it?

Core input doesn't seem to yeild anything useful.
Just doing some fuzzy analysis here, since I'm more of an ideas man than logic... but it looks to me like the codes are split into sections.
The bolded type marks out the sections, and features the strange number/letter pattern I pointed out earlier. The Youkin translation also recognises these codes as being different, as they prefix them with an equals sign.
Should we infer from this that the first set of codes are a list of legacy-hubs and node points? The entries under "Pathways" don't seem to work with Youshi - maybe there is somewhere else that we need to use these? Maybe we are supposed to use the two together?
As for the final entry... I have no clue. X & Y? A grid reference? Y-axis 1 to 16, and X axis A to T? Hmm... actually, that looks more like a grid specification than a reference point. Perhaps we are supposed to build a grid with those references and use them together with the pathways somehow?

Nice job y2k !
I am surprised by having psivolution on this chart. Maybe we shouldn't trust Frankie?

Possibly "Military Legacy"? An old military project?

Thanks for that - but what methodology did you use to plot this out? I don't quite follow your working.
