Also, am I the only one who thinks that the three securizza whatever codes are Trinity, Camel and Ames? They're the three sites and I notice under the login for Trinity, they mention CODE TRINITY.

Any thoughts?

I've already tried those. They don't work, although they might once initialization is complete, which I would assume will happen on the fifteenth.

It's definitely not dead, though. I sent an email to Visce Support and got this back.

Our current webmasters were very swift in cleaning up the damage that

So I'm going to respond back asking what Kane's degree of knowledge is.

Wow...this sounds a heck of a lot like "Lost". Except I've never seen this company or these people mentioned on the show, so I am going to guess it's either a coincidence or they are sort of using "Lost" as a template.
Either way, I am glad this thing isn't dead. It seems to me that so many potential ARGs do really well for a while, and then just stop or disappear. Why is that?
I think I will drop them another e-mail.

Ah hah! It's definitely not fizzling. We're now on a count down. At the mo there's 14 hours to go before whatever happens happens. Which means for me its gonna happen at 9am tomorrow. Curse this time thing!

Man I gotta find out what happens now. The suspense is killing me!

Y'know, maybe it's just the fact that there could be nukes involved, but that countdown seems so much more ominous than other countdowns.

Man, I'm in no way sleepy now. And, I mean, I'm off tomorrow - er, today - but I have work on Friday and I need to keep a regular sleep pattern and-

...Yeah, I'm gonna go put some coffee on.

6 hours and counting....

Should we start an office pool on what's liable to blow up, seeing as how the vials weren't located, Kane split, and the "project" was not thwarted?

I sent them an e-mail yesterday asking them what was in the vials and what the true nature of their company was. Got no response, which is pretty much what I expected.
Now, I guess all we can do is wait for the counter.

Whoa, hold on a second there. We have no idea what the vials even are. We have no idea if Kane has split, if he's been forced into going on the run, whatever. As far as the "project" not being thwarted, erm, it's only going into Phase 2, according to the TRINITY page. If it were going into the final stages, they probably would have said, well...final stages.

At this point, there's no way we could thwart the "project". We just don't have enough information to do so. The PM(s?) know this, since they're the ones releasing the information. They know how much we know and they know we have no way of halting the "project" yet.

The one thing that bugs me is wondering why they never "silenced" Kane. Isn't that what evil corporations do?!

That icon is made of so much win. So much.[/fanboy]

Ahem. Right. Back on topic. >.> Perhaps they haven't silenced Kane because they can't? He seems as if this is something he's given careful thought to, rather than a case of Joe Shmoe Hacker stumbling onto something and hurriedly getting it out without much of a plan.

Thanks! I am a *huge* Buffy fan (and pretty much anything Joss Whedon-related). Stumbled across the icon this morning and fell in love with it.
I think there has to be some reason why they didn't eliminate Kane. I'm really anxious to see what happens at the end of this countdown.

Has anyone determined if this is based off each users time clock, or a specific count, not based on what time your display says?

Mine says 2h, 30some mins. I'm EST.

My computer clock right now is set at 1:10PM, EST. The countdown on Visce, for me, reads this: 2:52:00
