[META] Dashboard Widget

In learning how to make a dashboard widget, I have created on that monitors the DC forums and shows the latest posts. Those who are using OS X and want this should PM me.

Bugs:
1) Only watches Forum index >> ARG: Deus City >> DC: Deus City, not the tcotsa forum. This is partly because I'm lazy and partly because phpBB didn't do what I expected with its rss feed. [There isn't a link to the rss feed anywhere anyway, but it's available if you know how to get to it... I wonder if the rss feed will be taken down as soon as a moderator sees this... of I just missed the link to the rss feed]. Or I can read the documentation correctly and fix this.
