Shields Up: Possible Trailhead?
What does everyone think, very cryptic website

Checkout http://www.shieldsup.com/

It Contains the following text:

Spring Bud 3 14 7
How low can it go? 2 27 7
I see 1400 on the S&P500 as a stopping zone short term
with 1350 if we have a very bad sell off over the next month or so.

What do you guys think?

100%. The numbers in the first two lines are dates. The S&P500 index was falling at the end of February ("how low can it go") but rallied in March and started to perk up properly around mid-March ("Spring Bud"). The prices given are realistic stops too.
