[PUZZLE] New Garageband Files
Three songs available now in GB format

These were just posted on http://yearzero.nin.com/:
"Capital G," "My Violent Heart," "Me, I'm Not"
as Garageband files AND as wavs. So far, there is a confirmed sighting of altered spectrographs containing avatars of people on ETS in the Capital G files, but no real understanding of what they mean.
using this method:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Take the first letter of the users who have those avatars in the order they appear in the spectrograph.

They APPEAR to spell out:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"TWENTY" and "EXHI"

If you find another odd bit in the files, please indicate the location, and try to spoilerfy the solves.

Well, not to toot my own horn, but not long after I posted the clues so far above, I solved them.

First, I think the list of icons may have been incomplete.

Second, well, just a damn good guess.

I don't think so, Pwandz. 24.24.1 and 24.24.2 smell like a puzzle to me. I have this feeling I won't be getting much work done today...

Well, that's an interesting lineup. Wonder how they determined who got put on the list(s).

Site visitors? I think I went to every site.
Phone calls? I called the numbers.
That Free Rebel Art - ooooh, I did do that part, but then I went to the next step and sent on an email about it to a potential rebel in order to get some citizen points back......so maybe that removed me from the list?

Any other ideas?

Looks like 24.24.1 is Spiral members and 24.24.2 is a list of EchoingTheSound members.. You might be too highbrow, kona Wink

It's interesting to note that some of the "evidence" against [classified] is not subversive at all, but merely copies of BOM recordings and pages and whatnot.. Maybe what the case is about is a puzzle?

My guess is that [classified] is being investigated for sending this stuff back to the present..

I registered on ETS. But that's a good point, maybe it's only folks who posted? But, if this is from the future, mining from a gamers forum seems, uh, not ingame methodology.

Yeah I think it's subversive in that they sent it back to try and get us to change it now so it doesn't happen. If that makes any sense.

erase me

What I'd like to know is HOW do I die. Liver failure? Cancer? Hit by a bus or erased by the government? If it's the latter two I'm going to keep smoking and drinking...

Brilliant loops, by the way. I'm enjoying reconstructing the songs as much as looking for kloos.

the lists of subversives

I'd like to point out what was noted earlier, with one extra juicy bit:

24.24.1.x numbers are people on The Spiral.

24.24.2.x numbers are people on ETS.

There is no 24.24.3.x

They haven't found us yet!! We're the super-secret underground hide-out! The resistance lives here!

Er...yeah.

I just called 1-216-333-1810 and the recording has been updated with a recording before the case number as logged on exhibit24.net. it is the only number updated.

Great work ariock. To have those numbers solved is a great thing!

I thought they were mining the members of the forums dedicated to following the music of Year Zero? The Spiral members and the ETS members were found because of the music? The music is the key to the whole future? That was my impression but I could be wrong.

I registered and posted on ETS as well as emailing the in-game sites. I didn't contribute any art or music..

Go us! We always knew we were the future. Now we have proof. Now which one of the forum members here perfects quantum computing so they can send back the data?

oops I spoke too soon.

Still, I think this is very cool. Great way to include the players.
