Jericho TV Show Hi ppl,
If i've posted here before i don't remember. New to all this.
Anyways...
Saw an add on TV for the new TV Show Jericho...did a quick google and found the wiki entry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jericho_ (TV_series)
Also found a myspace for a one Dale Turner AKA stuckinjericho :
http://www.myspace.com/stuckinjericho
is this just basic publicity or a possible arg/ "out of tv" eperience?
Thanks

Sorry I'm not registered. I'm thinking of joining one of these days.
Anyway, as for the wiki, all you need to do is go to where it says disambiguation at the top, and then it has info on the TV show in the list.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jericho_%28TV_series%29
So, I dunno if that's what you were looking at, I gather not. Just helpin'. <_<
And I haven't checked the myspace yet, so yeah.

Could be.... Hey
Still looking around about this one, and found an interesting quote on The Futon Critic :
http://www.thefutoncritic.com/rant.aspx?id=20060723_jericho
Quote:
12:29 pm: Scoop! Erik's character will actually have a MySpace page - www.myspace.com/stuckinjericho - that will be updated each week and the CBS web site will feature a parallel storyline that will eventually come together with the series.
I know this doesn't mean its an ARG, however that entry on http://www.thefutoncritic.com/ is an interesting read into some of the background(and a few spoilers) of the TV show
i'm Still lookin around though[/quote]

No one has mentioned the official online component. Go to www.cbs.com/innertube/ and find the video for Beyond Jericho. It's NOT interactive, NOT a game, NOT even a timewaster, but it IS additional chapters from the show universe, telling stories from other cities after the blast.

It would be interesting if they did an ARG along with the show, but I'm doubting CBS in their ability to pull something like that off.

well I personally enjoyed the first episode, so finding that there is more to the story being played out other than the tv show is a nice bonus... count me into watching these sites weekly

www.cbs.com/innertube - it has the episode on there. (Just look through the menus, you'll find it eventually)

I just watched the first "Beyond Jericho" webisode, and if this is the quality we can expect, then I won't be watching anymore.
Looks like they had about $30 to spend on writing, actors, and special effects... and still had enough money to go out to dinner afterward.
I think I'll stick with the show. The premiere showed potential. It's too bad they won't webcast outside the US. Sorry, guys...
