Damnit ... missed ruuku's. Grr. I'll fix it here in a sec.
Edit : how much will it suck if we don't get enough people to come together and post their pdfs?

Letters on page one: A R R A R H S W M
Numbers on page one: 1 3 7 8 8
Letters on page two: W E W E S
Numbers on page two: 8 2 4 7 4 8 2 1 3 2 4
All Letters: A A E E R R R H M S S W W W
All numbers: 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 4 4 4 7 7 8 8 8 8
Of note: No fives or sixes at all on either page one or two
EDIT: Some more analysis.
From plugs, the numbers that correspond to the symbols in the text:
85511+68177115518475116`
In order:
11111111 4 55555 66 777 888 + `
Differences from distribution of letters in the PDFs (although this is liable to change if more exist): plus six 1 - minus three 2 - minus two 3 - minus two 4 - plus five 5 - plus two 6 - plus one 7 - plus 1 eight
EDIT 2: Finally, I'm pretty positive that this is origami related for the following reason: if you look closely at the PDF, some lines have a "_ _ _ _ _" pattern, while others have a "_ . _ . _" pattern. I'm nearly positive that these correspond to vally and mountain folds in origami respectively. (Valley fold= bring both edges up, creating a valley at the line; Mountain fole= bring booth edges down, creating a mountain peak at the line)

Looks the same as mine ... finally a repeat. This is a good thing. It means we don't necessarily have to track down every single person that got an email.

[SPEC]Maybe this has to do with the London Operation ARG? The puzzle and a email from a character from that game came not long after each other.. [/SPEC]

I wondered that myself. However, I merely posted on the LondonOperation ARG thread here today saying it looked interesting - hadn't mailed any ingame or participated at all...unless they hunted through contact details specifically to find my mail because of that, which sounds doubtful, I'd say it's unrelated.

Okay, this is what I think this needs to be solved. First, look at my above post to see information about mountain and valley folds.
My guess is that a composite of the second page needs to be printed on the back of a composite of the first page. When folded according to the lines, two words should appear, one on the front of the design, and one on the back. I'm printing out to try right now.

Good luck, Ationsong. If we need to do them separately, I can't do mine, sorry, I don't have a printer.

Okay, so because there is no order for which to fold the piece, the method is kinda open for interpretation. However, here is the best solution I could get (I printed in grayscale to save ink), but all the gray squares are supposed to be tan, except for the 1 in the second image, which is supposed to be orange.
The frist attached picture is the fron of the piece, which makes a nive 3 x 3 square with the following pattern:
Code:
| * | | A |
| * | | S |
| | | R |
8 = more than one letter/number
Also note: the two *, the A, and the S are tan but the R is not
On the inside of the piece (also attached), there is a 1 and a 3/7 combo.
Not sure what this means...but I did it

Ok, here's the latest and greatest composites with ruuku's added.
Seems like overlaying them isn't the whole point since we have so many overlapping letters/numbers

I would go with no simply because then that game would have multiple trailheads and I'm fairly certain that's a faux pas around here.

Dunno if it helps at all, but if you highlight the original pdfs, you can see which way the text was moving in each box. Example:
