[TRAIL/PUZZLE] Choose Your Revolution It's a simple puzzle, might be a trail for a bigger game Saw a link to http://www.chooseyourrevolution.com on another forum. Looks like a puzzle for sure...might be a trailhead for a bigger ARG.
It gives clues when you sign up. I got "Homeless Asian Women". Apparently everyone gets a unique clue. Which ones did you get?
My guess is that they are either:
a.) anagrams
b.) vignere cipher or other keys
c.) numerologically important
With enough clues we should be able to see the pattern...

I'll bite. The writing style on the main page caught my interest.
Completing the signup returns the following:(Except that your key will be different)
Quote:
Your Key: Lower-Class Young Adults from Equatorial Guinea
Your key is unique. It is part of a pattern that reveals how we, together, will make the world better starting midnight June 13th. The individuals or groups that recognize this pattern and tell us why it matters -- this is the secret that betters the world -- will be honored in the e-mail that will direct people to the place where this revolution begins.
To help you along, here are some tips:
1. Collaborate.
Though it is theoretically possible for one person to solve this puzzle, it is improbable. 1,000 people together have a much better shot at it.
2. Don't register multiple times.
We'll know... and your additional keys won't help.
3. Check back daily for clues. You'll get one a day. Today's clue appears at the bottom of the screen.
Good luck. Be sure to check your email on the 13th!
Unless it's talking about the "signup" link at the bottom of the main page, I'm not seeing much in the way of a clue. Maybe they mean the daily clues will appear at the bottom of the screen after the 13th.
If there is anything to be researched in the keys, themselves (which I doubt) mine may be "Bubi" which are an ethnic group who tattoo and/or carve grooves into their children's faces.

Mine was Upper-Class Women from Slovenia .
As an aside, the page didn't seem to work very well in Firefox, but was fine in IE.

ETA: Rot-13 it gives me:

Mine shows

"vbjn pbhpu cbgngbrf rkvfg"
at the bottom of the screen in Firefox (although strangely it doesn't seem to appear in IE) which ROTs to
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"iowa couch potatoes exist".
My key is White Couch Potatoes from Algeria.

I got
Rich Young Adults from Greenland
...
It seems to me that the pattern here is that all of these people might not be minorities in their own right, but are minorities within the given population. Thinking more on it, I dont think thats it, but it is a place to start, perhaps.
Edit: Another idea occurs to me. These phrases might be a key for a cipher for the main text, a'la WWI phrasebooks. The idea is, you take the key or keys and remove all duplicate letters, then line it up with the alphabet, and the letter in the key replaces the letter below it, like this:
RICHYOUNGADLTSFOMGE
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRST...
And so on. The only two problems with this is that, one, we either have to do this with every key and translate the text and see if anything comes up, or the keys somehow interact, as in, you take only the captalized letters. Either way, I cant do anything right now with it due to laziness and other tasks getting in the way.

"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

I can't see any obvious link between the locations so far. We've got continental (Asia), countries in Africa and Europe (I'm not sure if Greenland counts as Europe or North America), and US states.

In an attempt to find some kind of pattern or something from the locations, I've created a KML file which you can view using Google maps. You should be able to view it using this link .
I've titled them with the order they were posted in and the name of the poster. The description gives the key. I simply did it by typing each location in and marking where it showed me - I didn't zoom in or out for any of them.
I have no idea if it's going to be any use though!
You should also be able to download the KMZ file for use with Google Earth from here . I hope I've done these right

Also noticed the number 865 on the lower right of the signup screen prior to signup. It disappeared after I got my key.
