It's a series of clues based on songs.

Wiki is useful here, search for the band Queen and find a song that fits with 'girl' in the title.

Oops, sorry, I meant level 12.

The one which is :

Xc dkfig po wg

To reiterate - it's obviously a code, especially as I was given the answer.
The two letters which are the same in the above remain the same as each other in the solution, so that strongly suggests substitution code.
But I can't come up with a reasonable code even given the answer !

It's Floor 12 and you need a tool to translate it into recognisable words.

Think simple cipher shifting, think ROT + an unlucky number (google it).

Hey, I think everyone is aware of ROT13, its nothing new, you need to have used it once to get this far.

It's also nothing to do with this -

Xc dkfig po wg

becomes

kp qxsvt cb jt

and there isn't a simple cipher I can think of that can unravel that either.

 		27 has me stumped i have tryed removing the pipes and checking it as an acro removing spaces ect Network Operations Standardization and Evaluation Program ? ? ? ?pf is only thing i have come up with and i think i am way way way off target it's not funny
