Looked at various modulos, tons of decode methods, keyboards, don't really see how any method is hinted at. Confused

Alright, I guess I am the new kid... I have figured out most of what is going on... the problem is floor 7... I have 'googled" OMO and I still can't find nadda... what the hell am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: LOL, well someone else figured it out for me, so now onto Floor 7. Can hardly wait...
