I feel like I've tried googling every version of both words. Do you think the four words refer to a song or once we find the missing words, they will be a song title or lyrics? I don't know what avenues to pursue.

OK, I've read all the hints.

I believe it is a

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
song that contains digits that I must somehow abbreviate. I've tried changing the "to" to a 2 but no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You don't need to abbreviate anything, just remove a couple of things. If you have the correct song and it looks like you do, read the question, look at the song title and you should be able to work out the answer

I'm off to bed. Sadly I have nothing to offer you guys on this one. That doesn't mean you can't leave great hints for me in the morning. Laughing

Good luck!!

I'm thinking we have to stick to music now.

Did someone mention that there's a song called "Tattoo" by The Who? If not, there is. Very Happy

Also there's an Australian band called Rose Tattoo.

Google will help you, but one of the things must be rephrased.

This one's really not as hard as it seems.

How can you rephrase a word? LOL... weirdness to the max!

Got a hunch the first part is another word for "interior". Quite a few Google hits on "Soul Tattoo", but nothing that works yet.

Morning fellow skyscraper climbers.

Not having much luck here so far but here's a few alternatives to Interior:

inner, inside, internal, inward, central, inland, remote,
upcountry, heartland, domestic, home, hidden, intimate,
mental, personal, private, secret, spiritual, bosom, centre,
contents, core, heart, innards
