Clue could be improved...
By my reckoning, the clue would work better as follows:

3212333/ 222/ 399/ 3212333322321

In fact in the existing clue, I think there is supposed to be a 3 at the start of the last group of numbers. ie.

3212333/ 222/ 133/ 3212333322321

 		Fellow Observers :

Im suspicious - ation gave no early indications that we would HALT.
Has he made comment about pausing here other than at the level note.
He was so consistent inside the puzzle, why would he indicate 100
Look at the dudes background .. hes been pretty meticulous , this looks bad
And why kill off your following ..

Things spring to my mind.

L60 is legitimate ( we wait )
He never thought we would get this far
He is tinkering, after complaints ...
He is pulling one of his stunts and we can actually proceed ( spare me ! ) if we know how !!

 		when he first posted the link to it, he said he'd only gotten to floor 45....maybe he didn't think it would be so quick for everyone to get this far....he seems like a busy guy too and some of this stuff is pretty out there so it probably takes awhile to come up with it...

but then again....maybe it is just another puzzle... Shocked
