70s floor were all about playing with English words...
his hints are either a word or phrase that may look incoherent BUT point to the same meaning/word one way or another...

uhhh... I've done it but why is that the answer??

My line of thinking is that it MIGHT have something to do with this...

The Indigo League is a tournament in the first season of the Pok�mon Anime series, and a final destination in the Pocket Monsters first generation (Red/Blue/Green/Yellow) series.

But I still can't for the life of me get how the list of Variants (Colours) would bring you to that answer. With hindsight, I can almost make the clue fit, but there is nothing conclusive that I could find that would make me think I was definitely right.

Have a look at the previous posts about this level... the hints are quite clear.

Just think about it in terms of timing.
